Officer delayed Moats as relative died

The situation could've easily been avoided by his mother-in-law not dying.

FT, just watched the video and there are def. two nurses (or at least 2 large, middle aged women wearing scrubs, which we call nurses in Atlanta) who come out to talk to the officer.

Watching the video on SC, really does him no justice. It's even worse than Rod Farva beating up a bus full of kids, the guy just never stops acting like a dick. It seems like about 15-20 minutes worth of footage of him putting his foot in his mouth.

Good, let this be a fucking lesson to his prick buddies on the force too. If Moats wasnt a moderate celebrity, this likely gets swept under the rug and probably happens once in a while, to boot. The video shows a nurse walking up to the cop, and the other cop saying "that's a nurse".

The officer clearly deserves whatever he gets. He claims they didn't tell him what was going on (which they did), but even after that when the other officer says the mom is dying he goes:

"I'm almost done".

WTF?

See to me THAT Is fucked up. When nurses fully come out to talk to you, when this shit goes down RIGHT by the hospital. Its like, fuck off asshole, give the ticket and let it go. Leave the ticket at the front desk, something. Let the family, ESPECIALLY the wife, see their mother. He, like a lot of other cops, is just on a power trip and thinks hes above everything and everyone not named Sargent.

A. Moats get some damn insurance. You missed her death ...blame yourself for not being insured. You have your papers the delay is insignificant.

B. The rest of the fam did there F-U and just went to the hospital. When the officer said "If you dont find it im gonna tow your car" say OK .. tow whatever you want a family member is dying and go inside. Staying outside yelling isnt going to get you in any faster.

C. All these constant cries of racism and yet somehow black people havent learned NOT TO RAISE YOUR VOICE OR GIVE ATTITUDE TO A COP. STFU "yes sir " "ok sir" "anything you say sir". You know how many cops are assholes, why chance it ? Why aggravate it even after he says your attitude is keeping you there.

D. Cop obviously puffing his chest and fucking around with Moats because of his attitude which is fine. But the second Nurses and a fellow officer come to confirm the story just let it go. Have the other officer escort him in and finish whatever you need to do but just let the situation go. Absolutely retarded decision on his part to keep the charade going.


Lastly it was Moats mother -in law. TV has taught me that it should have been a time for celebration.:beerglass:

EVEN IF you take your first point into account, when he gave the officer the insurance, the officer STILL wouldn't let him go, but made him stay as he filled out the ticket... so your logic is fucked either way.

And this is coming from someone who's black and believes that a good % of officers are racist. While I'll be the first to admit I'm not an expert on race relations, the circumstantial evidence that this particular incident was race-related is pretty overwhelming.
Either that ... or the Dallas police force employs special needs officers.
