While I'll be the first to admit I'm not an expert on race relations, the circumstantial evidence .

The only circumstance is that Moats is black and the officer is white. That's it. You have no other proof than simply seeing race in this instance. There is no other evidence to consider, circumstantial or otherwise, because it doesn't exist. You are just throwing around the race card willy nilly as usual.

Hate to break it to you and your naive world view but every time a white person wrongs a black person race isn't involved. Sometimes people are just fucking dickheads regardless of race.

The chief of police talked about how Moats never said who he was or tried to get special treatment.

Moats should have pulled over right away, 1st mistake, Cop should have realized he was telling truth after a few minutes, 2nd mistake. Nothing the cop did was wrong IMO for the first 5 mins or so, after that his judgement was off and he messed up. Either way if Moats pulled over right away this probably could have been avoided. Also the total time was 15 mins not hours or so.

A. Moats get some damn insurance. You missed her death ...blame yourself for not being insured. You have your papers the delay is insignificant.

He had insurance. Blame yourself for not knowing.

B. The rest of the fam did there F-U and just went to the hospital. When the officer said "If you dont find it im gonna tow your car" say OK .. tow whatever you want a family member is dying and go inside. Staying outside yelling isnt going to get you in any faster.

If you don't think cops are still racist and bred with an "Us vs. Them" mentality, you've never read a pyschological or sociological profile of the typical officer. Especially police in Texas of all places. Look up the Tulia, Texas drug raid if you need any more proof of racist police down there.

D. Cop obviously puffing his chest and fucking around with Moats because of his attitude which is fine. But the second Nurses and a fellow officer come to confirm the story just let it go. Have the other officer escort him in and finish whatever you need to do but just let the situation go. Absolutely retarded decision on his part to keep the charade going.

And wouldn't the cop just believe the story the first time around just given the fact that, oh I don't know, Moats was at the fucking hospital? Why else would a person speed into a Hospital parking lot without stopping at a light if not for an emergency?

Curbside parking at the Hospital is not exactly a high traffic crime area last I checked, why wouldn't the officer just take him at his word when he's already at his destination?

Just don't act like a dick going off the handle, and the shit's gonna be over quicker. One thing I learned is to just shut my mouth, and take my ticket. I'm in and out, and done in 2 to 3 minutes. Fight it in the court, not on the road.

Don't blame the cop for pulling his gun, as he had to follow Moats for a period of time and then everyone started to get out of the car right away. He doesn't know the situation. All he knows is that he's been following a car that didn't pull over asap, and then when it did, people started to jump out.

But, after that. Everything the cop did was fucked up.

To even say some of the shit he did, was idiotic.
