Miggy isn't anywhere near deserving of gracing the cover of MLB the Show. No one other then you Miggyfan gives two shits about the guy.

people should give two shits about him he's a top 10 player in the MLB

Top 10 players don't grace the cover of MLB the Show. MVP's grace the cover of MLB the Show. Miggy is nowhere near league MVP.

if Miguel had a team like Pujols then he would be MVP too

- Shadows that change position during day games.

- Bat/Ball Boys/Girls.

- Fans leaning over the walls on foul balls. Maybe even the rare fan interference.

- Rain Delays and lite showers during games.

- Show players actually entering and exiting the dugout.

- Full All Star Break, include Futures Game and HR Derby.

- Have players in the dugout hang over the railing watching teammates bat. Hardly ever is everyone sitting along the bench in the dugout.

- Fields look too clean and perfect. Needs to have random trash (bags) and paper blowing across the outfield grass, behind home plate and swirling in the wind.

- Manager Ejections.

- Catchers take their mask off when going for pop ups.

- Ability to argue if you think there was a bad call instead of letting the CPU do it for you.

- Ability to relocate and rebuild your stadium and start from scratch if things arena going good.

- Have an option to put an actual birthday and age

- Add every player in the MLBPA to the game.

- Add A ball and rookie ball

- Collisions in outfield.

- Deeper and more realistic announcing.

- Have the relievers and closers actually sit in the bullpen waiting for their call.

- Players double clutching and slipping on grass.

- Have the ability to charge the mound.

One thing SCEA has always been dead on with is "realism". Don't be surprised if/when he gets called up they put him in.

It's gonna be interesting to see how they implement that feature though. Like will he actually pitch lefty against lefty's and righty against righty's.

I honestly dont know how Sony can improve on MLB 2009. That game was the most realistic and one of the more entertaining sports title i have ever played.

The best was playing Russell_05 in his first tracker game or whatever we called them, and he quit on me in the 5th inning and said the lag was unplayable

Isn't he one of the developers for The Show??? Later on I messaged him and he said he's used to playing against people in the office that are...10 feet away.

I chalked up the win for myself anyways, and he was forever cemented in last place on the boards:

It's crazy because he's probably the most critical of the poor online play. He's been running around killing bitches with us in COD. You may or may not have seen him.

Either way I expect online play to be much improved. I expect us to have a nice new feature for online play. Can't fucking wait to get the Sombrero up and running again.

Just found a post from Russell asking the guys over at OS what they would like to see in a Collector's Edition. Have a feeling they will have a real special Collector's Edition for those die hard fans. I'd definitely fork out the dough.

I'd likely buy this too if the price isn't too insanely high. I can't wait for this game. My Rays actually have a closer now. I hope all our top Sombrero members return in '10.

Great game but overrated cause of the drooling hardons some of you guys have for it.

Online lag was a mess.

RTTS was absurdly busted. Playing anything but pitcher is lame cause batting works while you see nothing but the same 2-3 things on defense....rendering it pointless. However pitcher wasn't giving any training drills....odd.

Outside of the details/presentation you guys boasted about, I was hugely disapointted by those two things and they definitely need to be fixed this year to make it worth it....let alone a CE.

The sombrero will be better in 2010 already contacted most of the original members. I will have a sign up closer to release.

Cause there's one thing Madden has got right and that's a pretty smooth online game.

Not to mention they win by default cause it's football vs baseball here...like cmon. oops:
