Well I am positive that they will give him a full offseason with a much better coaching staff and most likely some WR help and then evaluate him. Last season he was the third string QB a week before the season started and only got thrown into the fire because Garrard was cut and McCown shit the bed. Gabbert was the youngest QB drafted last year and the plan was for him to sit and learn his first season, so I don't think anyone in the organization is ready to give up on him yet. Hopefully a WR is taken in the first two rounds and they lure someone like Colston down to Jacksonville too so he isn't throwing to Mike Thomas and Chastin West as his top targets.
Also let's face it, Tebow isn't a franchise QB and he never will be. The idea of trading a 2nd round pick for a guy who has no real future passing the ball is a horrible idea. Gene Smith going into the draft that year had no interest in Tebow, so I have no reason to believe he has interest now.
