The excuse for this, is Garrard wants a starting job, and on top of that, refuses to be a placeholder or temp fill in.
 
Is it really hard to believe that Garrard hasnt signed on somewhere because he wants to start? That seems pretty logical to me. Many teams would welcome him as a back-up, no questioning that.

Yeah, ok.

Dude got the shaft from the Jaguars, cutting him right before Week 1, so his salary isn't guaranteed, and basically, he's jobless right now...and, now, going on Week 3 of the NFL season (where his contract would NOT be guaranteed) not a single peep from anyone's camp about any kind of INTEREST in Garrard (last I heard, the Ravens wanted him to sign as a backup after Week 1, but that was right after he was cut).

Please.

It would not shock me if Garrard never was a full-time starter in the league again. He's a backup at this point. And, he should fire his agent for letting him potentially hold out for the season because he wants to be a starter...

You guys are escaping the whole purpose of the thread. This is Gabbert's time to shine, not Gerrard's farewell party.

Sunshine is going to come in and show potential, show his golden arm (and golden lochs), and then he is gonna fucking choke against a depleted Iowa team, throw multiple picks against a clueless Kansas team, overthrow everyone at Texas Tech, and almost give a game away against a rising WAC school.

Luckily in the NFL, height and arm strength are all you need.
