This show has been solid, but the booking has been questionable. They really seem to be playing it safe for SummerSlam. I am happy that they did what they did with Rollins/Ambrose, it makes no sense for them to blow that matchup on what's amounted to a throwaway PPV so far.

First time in NYC they attempted to appeal to ECW nostalgia, now they are going after ROH fans with the rematch Gabe never booked.

Sort of embarrassing that you can't rely on anything you've created, but at the same time I guess it's hard to knock them for trying to draw the fans of two promotions that outdraw them severely in that building.

WWE posted the following Twitter update regarding their decision to fire Alberto Del Rio:

"@VivaDelRio is responsible for his own actions. If you’re angry at anyone, be angry at Alberto. There’s no excuse for a pro athlete not to conduct themselves in a professional manner."
