He gave Kenely shit way before he was in Aces and 8's...his schtick as the heel announcer isn't even really the problem...because he sucks at that, too, and isn't consistent. He's all over the place and constantly loses focus on his schtick. Fucking brutal. He also doesn't know wtf is going on most of the time, misspeaks and has a ton of botchamania worthy cutups weekly, forgets shit he's talking about mid-way through saying it.

Tenay is bad, but Taz is the WOAT. Seriously, as a broadcaster, he's fucking garbage...and this is coming from a big Taz, the wrestler, fan...as an announcer, he makes Jerry Lawler look like Howard Cosell.
 
Taz just doesn't give a single fuck. He ranges from occasionally brilliant to mostly terrible.

Mark Madden in WCW was legitimately the worst announcer ever. And that company employed Mongo in the booth....

Kenely was good. The team of him and Borash that they had splitting time for a couple weeks was worlds better than Tenay/Taz. But TNA is bizarro world, so it's a great move for them.

Williams was almost never used on TV or PPV and was the veteran hand in developmental.

Silva was accidentally hired when Ric Flair thought Gut Check was a shoot and gave him a yes vote based on a spirited promo when he was supposed to vote no. At least they gave him a chance. He was in developmental over in OVW this whole time, and made a few main show appearances lately in the taped PPV's & Gut Check winner tournament.

to have Daniel Bryan main event opposite Cena in Philly at MITB...as a face.

They recognize Cena will be boo'd regardless there and Bryan will be cheered like a madman there, so they idea is to have Cena come off like a legend or however he put it with big wins against Rock, Ryback and then have a classic match with Bryan.



All things considered, while not perfect, it'd still be bad ass.

Could end up being a breakout match for the guy in the spoiler, and i'm betting a MOTY contender because the other guy likes him and will work really hard to help elevate him.

Zero doubt in my mind it will be a MOTY contender. He did the same thing for CM Punk two years ago.

That nigga ain't got a single problem doing the job...respect him for that.
