OK, fantasy booking time.
Have the Brock/Cena fued go to SummerSlam. Brock dominates the fued (basically only wrestling at PPVs), and destroys Cena on more than one occasion. In the meantime, Jericho takes the WWE title at the next PPV, only to lose it back to Punk, also at SS.
Next night on Raw, Jericho whines and gets his rematch. Right when Jericho is about to win, with Punk already laying in the ring, Brock comes out and hits an F5 on Jericho. He then walks over and stands over Punk as Raw goes off the air.
I'd do a tag match next so people could switch dance partners, but Brock's dates are limited. Anyway, Johnny Ace comes out and makes Brock the #1 contender. Next PPV, Punk wins, but it's shady. Next one after that, same thing. Finally, at Survivor Series, Brock is destroying Punk, and hits the F5, when...

Lights go out. They come up a minute later, Brock's laid out with Punk on top of him for the pin.
Skipping ahead to the Royal Rumble, I'd have UT and Brock come out 1/2, and start whaling on each other. Have somone like Santino come out #3, go into the ring, be completely ignored... and decide to sit in a corner and wait it out.
At some point, they eliminate each other, setting up the Streak vs. Lesnar at WM 29.
