Man, watching the Heat is just crazy...they're going to be so good next year.

It's hard not to root for them, they're just the best out there right now. Once they have chemistry set, they're going to unstoppable. Once they can sign a center for the MLE next year, it's going to be done, the super team will be formed.

I'm going to still root for them to lose in the playoffs, but that's out of principle.

They're actually easy to root against all things considered. They're good for the NBA though in the sense that it makes things more interesting. I hope they do well because the playoffs will be great if we have matchups like Boston-Miami, Boston-LA/ Miami-LA, Miami-Orlando...etc.

Also I just want to point out...I know we can sit back and talk about how good they'll be once they get their chemistry down and blah blah, but there's no guarantee this ever happens. Let's compare them to other recent super teams. Bostons Big 3 form Celtics instantly go from a team that won 4 games total, to going 27-3 over their first 30 en route to a finals victory. Lakers as soon as they got Gasol immediately go 27-9 to close out the season, and make the finals as well.

Now the Heat are definitely talented enough to go on a 27-9 or 27-3 run this year. And they can def make the finals. But my point is success with those other teams was instant. So any excuses the Heat have about chemistry ring hollow when they have 2 of the best 3 players in the game (and Bosh lol). Yeah they don't have a C or PG but they knew that going to be an issue going in and should have had the necessary adjustments ready.

I'm not going to overreact to their slow start, but I'm going to laugh hard everytime they get styled on.

Sidenote: On Pierce's buzzer beater before halftime I swear I saw Bosh backpeddle out of the way. WTF is wrong with this guy?

And from what I've read(and heard), Wade wouldn't be too fond of Riley coming back. We all know how Pat runs his players into the ground.

No exactly, Wade has openly campaigned many times for ES for that very reason.

LeBron complaining about too many minutes, Wade not being fond of Riley's practices further breaking down his body and Bosh just being an all-around clown... I could see the Riley coaching experiment ending VERY badly.
