The red card where the TFC player slid for a 50/50 ball with the goalie was easily one of the worst red cards i've seen in a while

Colombus also randomly got a goal dissallowed v Santos. (the commentator couldn't even find the reason why after viewing several replays)
 
I try and be as biased as possible when commenting on situations involving my own teams, so I hate when I have to gripe over officiating costing us a match, but it just so clearly did last night and it's nice that someone else impartial to the match can see it too.

If they truly want to grow the sport at a club level in this region this type of shit has to stop, it's happened for as long as I've begun following the sport and from what I've heard always has been this way.

Central America is such an insult to the sport IMO.

The funny thing is Arabe Unido were really bad. I have a hard time thinking that they could have won without those decisions

Their whole gameplan was basically to sit back and foul then lump it forward to their two fast black strikers.

You can't even blame a hostile crowd for the shitty calls... NOBODY showed up lol

Apparently these guys topped Pachua (A top Mexican side) 4-1 in this stage last year. Now we can understand how.

They were absolute piss and if Preki decides to start something better than our C Squad.... (practice squad guys were starting vs the "easiest" road match...just mind boggling lineup) ...in the home match then I expect nothing short of a 3+ goal drubbing.

That wasn't even their home pitch, their actual home pitch wasn't fit for a match so that would contribute to the lack of an audience I guess.

I'm not sure what the deal is with his contract but I've heard from a few people here that Taylor is very unpopular with the team and most would be pretty happy to see him go

I just don't know if we can afford to let him go with our current team

Cruz topped Real Salt Lake 5-4 last night, must have been a fun match to watch. Puts everyone tied at 3pts in Group A, I can live with that for now.

So apparently the Ben Arfa deal is back on - to be finalised on Friday... Sweeeeeeeet.

Although I personally find it funny that as soon as Taylor get's transfer listed Ashley suddenly decides he will up his offer for HBA after all. Although if I had to choose, as much as a Taylor fan as I am, I would take Ben Arfa in a straight up trade every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Although the Ashley nut huggers are saying he is a better signing then Robert already... I hope they die in a fire.

You have Saprissa at home as well and you should get 3pts vs Marathon at home as well.

I wouldn't write you off yet, but the chances aren't the greatest. All it takes is for Monterry to win @ Saprissa and you can make up the 3pt deficit.
