With VSN being so in love with Aaron Rodgers... im surprised no ones mentioned him yet.

He was drafted five years ago. The quarterbacks the OP listed were sophomores and rookies.

Ok..., I don't watch the Steelers, they were on during the preseason and he was in and I thought he looked really good. I said I would pick Matt Ryan but if I couldn't pick him I would take Dixon. This was my opinion... Chill out man.

You judge quarterbacks by how they perform as a backup in preseason games? That is completely retarded.

Todd Bouman led the NFL in passing yards with 485 yards in the 2009 postseason! Why wasn't he elected to the Pro Bowl?

i think vince young should be an option. i wouldnt choose him but he should definitely be a choice.

i voted stafford but i didnt see matt ryan on the list. ryans the best qb out of the ones listed.

you know, after VY got his shit together last year this is not as outrageous as you would think. he does have a fucked up throwing motion but he is like 8 feet tall and mobile. the only thing i would add is that VY is helped by CJ scarring the ever lovin shit out of defense's so he will see alot of single coverage amd man to man as opposed the zones most of the other guy will have to face. but i guess you could sya that for all of the choices, they all need help none of them are peyton manning.

Obviously I voted Flacco. But if I had to choose another I'd pick Matt Ryan. Ryan had the better rookie season, Flacco had the better sophmore season. I can't give an accurate look at Flacco cuz he doesn't have any weapons besides Ray Rice.

I think if Flacco was on the Falcons he certainly would have done better than Matt Ryan.

Pretty much this. VY was one of the choices I first thought of when I saw this question, but I decided against the homer pick because I believe Matt Ryan has the best shot out of any of these quarterbacks to reach the elite (Manning, Brees, Brady) group someday.

However, if Vince can continue to progress by recognizing coverages and hitting consistently on all of the throws (not just the deep ball, something he throws very well), then he should have a big year and put his name near the front of these "best young quarterback" discussions.

I'm the only dude to vote for Josh Freeman... I'm okay with that. I like his athleticism. I'd have gone with Vince/other, but Freeman was there.

Like I said, I like his athleticism. He didn't do so terrible this year, and it would probably help if he had a better team around him.

Ryan : Roddy White, Michael Jenkins, Gonzo and Michael Turner.

Like I said, I'm not gonna give an absolute decision until I see what Flacco can do with even above average weapons.

I feel like if i had to pick one guy it'd have to be Ryan, he's shown the most composure and leadership early even tho he's not the best athlete out of the bunch.

I also like Staffords grit, getting hurt late in that one game, then coming back in to throw the winning TD showed some balls. Hell the kid dislocated his knee cap and played like 2 weeks later, thats tough. Freeman is prob my sleeper pick, he's got all the tools to be a great QB and he showed some flashes this season when he did get a chance to play, tho i think he'll take longer to develop than some other guys.
