Coming from a USC fan that's exactly what I'd expect you to say. I haven't seen much of Barden in college. Just watched the combine and was very impressed with what I saw.

I've seen quite a lot of Turner tho. And apart from his height I'm not sure how much of a factor he will be. He lacks the speed that you'd like to see in a #1 receiver. Lucky for him he's on a team with Ted Ginn.

I'm just tired of so many people having this retarded logic. You're really high on a WR you never even saw play in college because of his height and combine stats, even though Patrick Turner has the same size, similar speed, and played at a D-1A school against D-1A competition.

i like Patrick, hes a local kid, BUT there was talk of the titans inviting him to their undrafted free agent tryouts because most teams thought he wouldnt even be drafted... well Miami took him in the 3rd???? Stretch Armstrong didnt reach that hard.

I wouldn't entirely susbscribe to that. I saw tons of mocks that put him in the 3rd-6th Rd territory.

I know one of McShay's mocks had the Bears taking him in Rd 3.

I went to the LA Tech/Army game last season and saw this guy playing OL and was wondering what the fuck is going on. I'm curious on why the move, because if he wasn't a WR to start, there was obviously a reason. I DO like the move though, because it will provide better blocking for the option with him at WR. It is almost like having an extra lineman, who can hopefully also can catch a floater.

Oops. I mixed the giant WRs up. Ingraham was the 6'9" WR for Purdue. He graduated a few years ago though, I think.
