Much better then The Graduate if you ask me.

I'm starting to like Billy Wilder, the director. I also watched "Double Indemnity" from him the other day.

Watching The Lincoln Lawyer. I saw it in theaters awhile back, picked it up on dvd this weekend. When I first went to see it, I had no expectations going in, as the trailers didn't make it look like anything special. But I have to say, I really enjoyed the movie, and it was much better than I thought it would be.

        Little Miss Sunshine 8/10.

        The ending was top notch.

Voldemort is pretty whack, not even the best villain in the films.

What he did to Severus was stone cold.

He also went out with a True Death (True Blood reference) and this is after he made these kids go on for 7 other movies and countless years trying to find the shit that is supposed to kill him and in the meantime, had pretty much a majority of important people in the magic community assassinated.

So I watched my very first Harry Potter movie today. Watched the first one. I wasn't overly blown away, however it was different and fairly interesting. It did leave me wanting to find out more though, which is why I'm watching the second movie right now.

watched the source code with the g/f. it started getting old, once he kept going back and starting at the same point.

Watched ghost rider because my girlfriend wanted to. i have avoided it all this time because i figured i wouldnt like it because nic cage is not johnny fucking blaze (i loved the comic growing up.) the voice was lame, and fuck nic cage seriously im not buying him as some kind of hot shot sex symbol. fuck nic cage. asshole.

watched push. nice little action flick. ridiculously over the top, but still, a pretty nifty little flick. would probably make some cool sequels.

watched The Town on blu ray last night we snagged from a redbox. i loved the movie until the last 5 minutes which were retarded. strong "hey, im still ben affleck bitch" performance. everyone loves white boston gangsters.

The first two movies are for kids, they're kiddie movies. The third one is pretty epic, the director is the guy who did Pan's Labyrinth. Respect. The 4th one's target audience is obviously pre-teens, same director who did the recent Prince of Persia flick. The director who takes over from the 5th and on, he gets it. He makes the series feel "real" and his take on it is excellent.
