Belmont has been consistently good for the past 5 years and they have given top 4 seeds some scares in the tourney, last night was impressive though.

LSU cruises today. Seven guys in double figures. The freshmen are even better than advertised. JOB and Isaac are studs in the making.

Belmont is well coached and can play. "Legit top 25 team" is pushing it though. Duke was a double digit favorite at home against a small conference school, a loss would have been a disaster.

And I love how Coach K shoehorned this shit Presbeterian game in so that he can go for the record on ESPN in primetime against Michigan St. How often do you see cbb teams play back to back days (day game following night game, no less)? What a joke. The game after Michigan St is Davidson, so they must have called every school in the country to see who would play them today so he could break the record in a bigger spot.

-How about #7 Vanderbilt getting spanked by Cleveland St on national TV today? Gary Waters has a senior loaded team this year, so keep an eye on Cleveland St come March.

-Northwestern's new court is the ugliest thing ever.

-Steve Lavin and Billy Kennedy are both back on the bench. SJU is 3-0, TAMU 2-0. Cupcake city for both so far, though.

-Arizona and Pitt were in trouble in the second half as I typed this, maybe one or both go down.

RMU beat Rider on Friday by 26. (No game recap that no one reads because I was in DC this weekend and missed the contest). Pitt beats them by 8.

                    RMU (-18) @ Pitt on 11/27.

So far the SEC has dropped games to Akron and Cleveland State, and we're only in the first week.

and senior laden, they will be top 25 for most of the year and get about 30 wins...they were already high on some polls.
