Again, you don't stop Welker on that route. You don't trya nd throw back underneath WR running up the field with two defenders back underneath the ball when they are looking at the QB reading the pass.

The read and area Brady threw to was fine. It wasn't the most accurate pass ever thrown, but was still plenty accurate enough and should have been caught.

Right read. Right throw(although not perfectly thrown) should have been caught. By far more Welker's fault than Brady. You're just trying to stick up for the short guy.

Uhh it doesn't mean it was thrown poorly.

          Simplistic discussion FTL.

A pass doesn't have to simply be accurate or not. There are degrees.

              Isn't it fun? lol

This is what Patriots fans had to go through after 2003. Thankfully Brady sealed his legacy after that, which I'm sure Eli will do.

I'm just at how Eli had a great game scoring essentially 18 points vs. the Patriots defense and brady had a bad one scoring 17 without Gronk and vs. the Giants great pass rush.

              Both QB's had great games.

LOL, I was weak when JaxxyJag posted that. WTF? If you take Cal Ripken's 2,131 consecutive games how many consecutive games did he really play in? Color me not impressed.

lol @ trying to bump up Bradys performance with his dink and dunk throws for a quater and drive, I forgot, the refs should have called the game at that point, Brady did his job...

He did not play 'great' and got out played by Money Manning

Correct. The throw to Gronk vs. Baltimore was a definition of a bad throw, he didn't give his WR a chance to catch it.

This one was catch able, easily. All these people on couches can say it was a tough catch, but Welker knows he makes that catch 95 out of 100 times.

Luckily for Eli, there are plenty of HOFers who were never considered the GOAT at any point in their career...
Their play might be less scrutinized, but only because it's not as "sexy" as playing quarterback. Remember, we're talking about the media here.

To think David Diehl didn't have any pressure on him during the final drive or Aaron Ross wasn't a little nervous on the hail mary play (just pointing to one example, but throughout the game as well) is foolish in my opinion. Every single player on the field for the final few minutes of the game was feeling pretty intense pressure I'd imagine.

But he did stop him, by forcing him to twist and jump to get his hands on it.
So, metaphorically speaking, our physiology basically has the universe mapped out and you're thinking it needs to be taught addition & subtraction.

FUCK, you suck as much as Isaac Bruce Guy today.

I never said it was poor. You need to go sign in with NAHSTE at Lens Crafters for your eye glasses appointment.

If you think that pass was anything resembling accurate or was a good pass or anything other than Brady not putting Welker in a position to succeed on that pass, you have no idea wtf you're looking at and should exit stage left.

The difference in that game was TWO passes...Brady's pass to Welker and Eli's pass to Manningham.

One pass was absolutely perfect and was a throw all of .001% of all human beings that play quarterback could make...the other resembled something Tim Tebow would throw.

Having said all that I've said, that rail shot to Mario Manningham down the sideline off-balance was the best throw I've ever seen. Just wanted to throw that out there.
