In addition to the exclusive skins announced at E3, PS3 players will receive an exclusive challenge campaign in the Batman: Arkham Origins Knightfall pack.

The map pack consists of 3 Combat maps and 2 Predator maps. In the former, players fight waves of enemies in hand-to-hand combat, building up the longest hit combo possible. In Predator mode, a stealth approach is necessary, as you systematically eliminate the guards in a given map. The map titles are listed below:

Azrael Does Not Protect (Combat)
City On Fire (Combat)
No Rest For The Wicked (Combat)
Venom Connection (Predator)
Turning Point (Predator)


The previously announced skins include Adam West's iconic 1960s outfit and Azrael's titular Knightfall skin. Deathstroke will also be available for anyone who pre-orders Batman: Arkham Origins, which releases October 25 for PS3, Xbox 360, PC and Wii U.

On top of the Deathstroke DLC, things are coming up Milhouse if you plan on sticking around for current gen for a little while.
 
So this game comes out on a FRIDAY (10/25)....weird.

I just watched the Deathstroke video last night. I understand from a technical standpoint why they didn't give him a sword and a gun, but it's still is stupid.

I am no DC geek so I don't know many of the details of the universe. I honestly don't know much about Deathstroke.

I enjoy and have invested alot more time in Marvel Comics but go forbid they make a decent Marvel action adventure game. :rolleyes:

The last Spider-man game wasn't too bad and takes many gameplay elements from these Arkham games.
 
The old Hulk game that basically became Prototype was pretty awesome. Terrible, TERRIBLE story though. I liked the first few levels of the Wolverine game, but it got old pretty fast.

I think they tried to steal from Batman for that Captain America POS movie game too. So basically, nothing on the level of the Arkham games. I really don't understand why it's so hard for developers to make superhero games.

And JMS, the short version for Deathstroke is that he is an elite fighter on the level of Batman, only he's a mean SOB that kills almost effortlessly. Having him knocking guys out would be like making a Punisher or Wolverine game where no one dies.
