Ok this is a noob question, and feel free to flame away, but how do you switch from your primary weapon to secondary? Can you only switch when your primary is out of ammo?

Press and hold RB/R1

noob question is fine.....but the noob answer is fail.....lol
RB (360) /R1 (PS3) will allow you to throw your equipment, like frag, symtek, C4...etc etc.....LB/L1 allows you to throw your secondary equipment like you flash or stun or smoke


to switch from primary to secondary you push Y on 360 and im sure its triangle on ps3.....this button will also allow you to switch back.

to switch your primary weapon to its attachment (usually this will only apply to assult weapons) D PAD left and it will bring up the attachment like your noob tube or shot gun attachment if you have it equiped.

I also use Y to switch back from the attachment to the normal bullets of the gun....if that made sense

oh and you can switch between all of these as much as you want, whenever you want

Took your guys advice on going with the Silenced assault rifle with claymore, cold blooded, ninja and whatever else you guys said. Harrier, pavelow, chopper gunner. I have tried the stealth bomber but I have no problem waiting the pavelow out as Im not trying to get a nuke. Results in first match with this setup: 26 kills, 1 death. 21 kill streak. AMAZING.

Me and a few of my friends were playing a team full of campers... so we gave them a taste of their own medicine.

It was on Rundown, so we all switched classes and got ghillie suits, set up claymores, then camped in the tall grass underneath the bridge.

Say what you want, but it was funny as shit having them run over random ass claymores looking around for us.

I dont see the difference between Holographic and the other one ((red dot)).


Am I the only human STILL dissapointed COD series has ignored any sort of cover system ?
Its honestly my only complaint about SP ((other than short length)).

The Airport level could have been far more dramatic if it didnt just come out of nowhere. Great ending though ((to that level)).

i would love a cover system. a guy at work who plays on the pc just got the game and says to me.....they took out the lean.....i was like wtf and laughed when he told me how pissed he was because the mod for leaning as cover was removed with all the other stuff they changed on the pc version. I just laughed cause we never had the option to have any cover.


sidenote: for the classes being posted, mine is for hardcore. I would never use that setup on normal modes.

noobs are all over this game now. I see them in HC, but not as much. Its funny watching them in S&D when they are the last man or whatever. You can see they have no clue where they are going or what to do.

but, we have all been there

the sad thing is i play with some guys who have had the game since it came out and they play like total retards. playing TDM on skidrow they love to hold the back spawn behind the forlift room. Everytime they say i gonna hold this and im gonna hold that only to get shot.

this is what pisses me off about camping to hold a spawn point. People want to do that and thats fine, but if your gonna hold it then hold it. Dont get killed and fail to call it out so someone can cover the area. Nothing pisses me off more then when my teammates get killed when they are holding a spot but dont say anythign until the rest of the team is whiped out.

About Covering...

I personally think that the cover option would come in handy alot more in the "3rd" person game types, i havnt seen a 1st person shooter with a lean, and if they do a lean in a 1st person they pop u out into 3rd person.

It is in a lot of PC FPS's, I remember in MOH:AA people would lean left and right like crazy to make you miss shots, everyone looked like retards dancing around.

lol....i know that feeling. I would always choke in cod 4 and cod 5. But in MW2 i do a hell of a lot better. The other night when i had my 15-0 match the first 4 kills came from me being the last man. Me and my akimo 1887 and sniper rifle. Im running with the sniper on wasteland up by the hedges. I see 3 guys coming towards me but they didnt see me at all. 3 shots later and it me against their last guy in the trench.....my 1887's won

for that entire match i was a god to all the randoms. I seem to do extremely well when i play by myself with randoms. not sure why

Theres so many bad people in Deathmatch. I've seen guys in just about every game go -10+. 3-20. 4-19, 3-23...:smh: I was never that bad when I started playing.
