You're asking for a bailout flagrant foul call with 2 seconds left in overtime on the road. If it happened the other way around, and Brad Miller was called for the Flagrant, you people would have burned the streets of Boston down. The Ray Allen 5th and 6th fouls were wayyyy more bullshit than trying to stretch for a flagrant foul. Again, to repeat my post...why look for that bailout, when without sloppy play and bad decision making by the Bulls, they wouldn't have even been in that situation to begin with.

If you really want to get ticky tacky with calls, go to Celtics.com right now, they have a picture of Pierce's shot, Salmons hit him on the forearm. Should Celtic fans bitch that Pierce should have had a free throw to go along with the shot?

Lets look at the situation if you get the flagrant foul.
Bulls still have to make free throws with that tremendous amount of pressure and then they still have to get a shot off with 2 seconds left and get that to go in to win.

Blaming the refs for not calling a questionable flagrant foul with 2 seconds left in overtime in the NBA playoffs is where you really need to step back and ask yourself "really?" If you guys keep going, you're going to end up looking like detroit fans for christ's sake.

Dont forget Ben Gordon stepping out of bounds before he got fouled and got three free throws.

Why do you trust the refs judgment of Glen Davis', but you don't trust their judgment of Rondo's "flagrant" foul?

Because the refs reviewed the foul in Game 4, thats why.

Now put yourself in our shoes. Imagine being a Bull's fan and not getting a call thats obvious. How would you feel?

I completely agree with you that it would still be tough for the Bulls that they would have to make 2 free throws and another shot. I also agree that if Rondo was hit, that Miller would be flagged with a Flagrant. I wouldnt be bitching about a wrong call, I'd be bitching at miller for making a stupid play.



The point is, the refs missed a call. Just like they have been doing all series for both teams. This has been a horrible officiating for the whole series.

It just sucks that a game was probably decided because a ref was to scared to blow his whistle on a easy Flagrant foul call.

Doesn't matter what happened in the past in this series with the refs calling.
That should've been a flagrant, if Rondo wouldn't have done that it would've been an easy lay-up. Well not easy but he would've made it

The foul should've been a flagrant btw.. no doubt. When I saw it live I said nah.. but by definition of the rule it definitely IS a flagrant foul. Cant change it now tho... it would've definitely changed the end of the game tho. Regardless, the Bulls shouldnt have blown that lead.. thats on them. But I continue to say the refs always gonna give the calls to the respected teams and players, ie. the defending champs.
