Brad Miller was expected to make those free throws? Dude has a tooth knocked out, possible concussion, etc. He was still dazed at the line however if he wouldn't have attempted the shots, Rivers would have gotten his choice of who to pick for the shots. Rondo was clearly going for his head, not the ball.

Shit was flagrant. NBA refs sucked. And yes...the call on Allen was stupid as well.

Being a Boston hater, I'll tell you why.

The "Swagger" that Boston carries is annoying. Look at KG, case and point. It doesn't have an effect on the series, but those of us tuning in have to watch him do all that stuff? I mean really KG, is it necessary? I've never seen a guy outside of Kobe take more of a hit on his reputation than KG has since coming to Boston. In Minnesota he was a league wide hero, a man who played with heart and never gave up. In Boston, he's turned to a loud mouthed, taunting, asshole.

It's good to have a guy with fire on the bench, even though he's not playing. But really, I'm tired of seeing his broke ass. Let me watch the game and not KG while the rest of the world tries to read his lips. When the top story from a series is "What did KG say last night on the Boston bench?" that's taking away from the basketball on the court.

On subject, with the series.

Game 6 should be interesting. Chicago is going to get some calls go their way that shouldn't. The refs will give them calls, Chicago has to turn those calls into point getting possessions and play smart basketball. If I'm Chicago I'm trying to push this to Game 7, they've beaten Boston, in the Garden. Get some confidence back with a win tonight, don't let one play deflate your spirit.

You're asking for a bailout flagrant foul call with 2 seconds left in overtime on the road. If it happened the other way around, and Brad Miller was called for the Flagrant, you people would have burned the streets of Boston down. The Ray Allen 5th and 6th fouls were wayyyy more bullshit than trying to stretch for a flagrant foul. Again, to repeat my post...why look for that bailout, when without sloppy play and bad decision making by the Bulls, they wouldn't have even been in that situation to begin with.

Lets look at the situation if you get the flagrant foul.
Bulls still have to make free throws with that tremendous amount of pressure and then they still have to get a shot off with 2 seconds left and get that to go in to win.

Blaming the refs for not calling a questionable flagrant foul with 2 seconds left in overtime in the NBA playoffs is where you really need to step back and ask yourself "really?" If you guys keep going, you're going to end up looking like detroit fans for christ's sake.

Do you know what a bailout call is? Miller had a clear path to the basket. Rondo was in no position to make a defensive play. All Rondo could do was clothesline Miller from behind, otherwise Miller makes an uncontested layup. Where is the 'bailout'?

What was questionable about it? To me and 99% of the people, the issue is that the refs didn't want to make the call because it was the end of the game. If that same situation occurs at any other point in the game, its a flagrant foul. I just think that the refs need to still call flagrant fouls at the end of the game, because it gives the defense too much of an advantage (they don't even need to go for the ball, they can just clothesline people). You can disagree with my take on the officials, but there is no possible way you can disagree that Rondo's foul wasn't flagrant.

I never liked the Spurs...they were very boring to watch. Tony Parker is annoying. He was the master at getting bailout calls, driving into the chests of 3 7-footers then getting a foul call. Ginobili would flop constantly. Bruce Bowen got away with murder on defense. I really don't understand how the NBA officials let Bowen's thuggery go unchecked, since no fan really wanted to see San Antonio win.

rondo should have been thrown out, i hate the celtics with everything within me and i hope the bulls win then rondo gets suspended for game 7 and the bulls will win that easily

normally I would say yes he should of been thrown out but since Dwight Howard didnt get thrown out for elbowing a guy in the head I would say Rondo shouldnt of been thrown out. Rondo will most likely get fined or suspended though.
