OHHHH WHEN THE REDSSSSS
Im also not going to use fast travel.
11 hours in and I haven't even gone to see theyet. Greybeards
Loving this game. And not fast traveling is a bitch so far but REAL REAL fun with all the random encounters and exploring.
Found myself wandering off into "Skyrim thought" at a real good Gonzaga basketball game tonight.
I don't yet. I use the carriage to get to places when it's an option but other wise walk. Going back and forth from Riverwood to Whiterun I had a different encounter (albeit at the same location) each time I passed by.
Even some areas have dragons flying by...next time you pass, no dragon.
I'm in no rush here to finish so I don't mind being all stoned coasting through the world. :bongrip:
Shark, that is awesome.
Also what is everyone doing with the dragon scales and dragon bones you get from killing a dragon? They are extremely heavy.
And is it worth buying a house??
I'm keeping them, I'd assume there isn't that many and will stash them in a location.
In Oblivion it was worth buying a house to stash your goods in and have a free place to sleep. Also in Oblivion storage containers would reset every 7 game days outside of a few random ones and those in your various homes, so I'd be cautious storing goods in random barrels until you know for sure.
In Skyrim you can get married and have kids, so I'd assume a home will be necessary for that aspect should you wish to do it.
I need to find a companion!! So I can really be the best archer of all time.
Become Thane of Whiterun and you get a guardian (forgot what they call themselves). I got this sexy brunette sword and board chick to tank while I threw magic. Unfortunately I got a part where I died, tough battle with 4 enemies. I reloaded, torched the whole room and carried on. A few saves later I realized she was amongst my inferno back there....so I looted her corpse, :teabag: her and carried on my way.
