is there a shout for every dragon you kill? if i kill a dragon outside somewhere should i be checking around for a shout?

 

When you complete the quests for the Greybeards, you can talk to the main guy and he will tell you where to find the words of power....one at a time. It gets marked on your map and all that jazz.

Cool story about my second dragon kill...while walking up the fucking mountain to High Hrothgar to see the Greybeards, I see a dragon in the distance just circling...so I shoot an arrow at it. So now this dragon proceeds to chase me up the mountain until I get to a part where there's an overhang I can hide under. He keeps circling overhead shooting fire...then I realize a frost troll is in the cave with me. I run out, and instantly the troll and dragon start fighting. I sit back for a minute, then wax the dragon with lightning. Pretty awesome for a level 8.

Top Skills: I'm about 40 in destruction, 30 in one handed and 30 in heavy armor. I just upped my smithing so I can improve steel weapons, but I have 25% higher damage in all my destruction spells. I also spammed the hell out of Muffle so I'm at like level 50 in illusion lol.

Go to weapons: Fine Blades Sword...it's a katana, awesome. Firebolt long range, sparks and flames close range

I have all 3 words for Unrelenting Force, 1 for Ice Form, 1 for Fire Breath and the one where you go fast. All are open with the souls I've collected.

Go to weapons: Glass Bow of Shock (30 dmg + 20 Shock) = power ranged//Dwarven Bow of Souls (renamed Soul Thief) for killing sheep and stealing souls for soul gems. I Conjure Flame Atranach a lot (can't wait until I can cast the Thrulls, to be permanent companions) If I need to get up close a personal, I cast Stoneskin+Flame Cloak, bust out my Sword of Shock or one of my 5 Staffs I keep on hand in case something really bad happens. I typically just stand at a distance though and take pot shots with my bow and flame bolts FTW.
Armor: Mostly wear Apprentice Robe of Conjuration-17% off Conjure casting and 75% Magicka regen, Circlet of Major Conjuration-17% off Conjure Casting, and I switch my between my Scales Boots of Waning Shock or Fire or Frost, depending on what I'm facing. I'm starting to put together my enchanting so I can build wardrobes I can switch out on a moments notice when I'm facing specific enemies.

I've only completed the quest chain in Whiterun to buy my house (which I never did because I realized storing my shit in barrels at the horse stalls outside town was faster to get to, and didn't cost me 5,000 gold. :smug:

I haven't really been living my life of destiny yet. There is so much to do that I haven't had a need to complete many quest chains, at least not the major quests. I figure I'll just live my life like Jesus, and spend my first 32 years looking out for number one, and then I'll save the world in the final chapter. Only I'm no carpenter, I'm Skyrim's greatest thief. :smughard:
