Glad to see many vsners are enjoying the game. I'm rolling on PS3. Currently playing manager mode (simmed 6 years) with Wolves (as Lam Matteo for those who follow), and am sinking quickly. All I could afford in the offseason was MLS players, so I did what I did - and brought it Brick Shea, Chris Pontius and Bill Hamid.
Since switching to Legendary after 1 match on World Class, the beatings have sulked in. However, I will say that the AI does not take advantage of every goal scoring opportunity as you would expect on the highest difficulty. Nay, instead they mess up quite a bit - including simple passes and crosses.
Also, the beauty of legendary is that the tackling on your end is strategic - it has to be. You can't use the same "hold x" like on the World Class and below. You have to jockey, move guys who are away from the play in the right positions, etc. It takes work, and when you stop an attack - it feels like a frickin goal.
Speaking of goals, they are hard to come by, especially when you play all manual except passing (semi) and auto switch. When you score, my gawd what a feeling. I instant record all my goals on my PVR so I can just watch it later and post on youtube. Every manual goal feels oh so good.
If you haven't switched to manual offline, you will never experience how this game is truly meant to played. By far the reason why I have chosen FIFA over PES this year.
