My only point is that the Giants & Pats are damn good teams.

If you dont like the SB for whatever personal reasons thats fine and i dont really care.

But NE was the #1 seed in the AFC, and the Giants knocked off the best teams in the NFC...so i dont consider this a shitty SB like you do.

First and foremost, there's no such thing as revenge for 19-0. Even if the Patriots win 100-0, you can't take away the fact that the Giants took away the 'greatest team ever' title from the Patriots. Giants will forever have that claim, and they deserve it.

Secondly, I don't get how anyone can be bored by this matchup. This game is about HISTORY, aka the best fucking thing about sports. There are so many historical implications with this game its beyond awesome. Odds are if you're bored by this game you're under 25 years old and don't care about the sports deep routed history.

Lastly, LOL at all this talk that the Patriots are one dimensional and it will be an easy win for the Giants. This game is a pick 'em at best. If Brady is on his A game, I give it to the Patriots. If the Giants defense is on their A game, I give it to to the Giants.

The Giants ranked 27th in total yards on defense. They ranked 29th against the pass. The Giants have a great front four, but what else? They were demolished in the secondary by injuries, and while it's a shame it is what it is.

They also ranked 32nd in the league in rushing, and 5th in passing.


Let's see... can't run the ball, can't stop the ball, but can pass. Aren't both of these teams one dimensional? It's as even a matchup as you can have on paper. Giants slightly better against the pass, Patriots slightly better passing the ball.

I'm not contradicting anything in any way. I simply am saying that no one can predict the future. But history proves to be correct more often then not things repeat themselves.

what phantom theories? The Giants own the Pats, theyve proven it twice(LOL nevermind that, I realize thats a dumb,pointless remark now). But, like Landry couldnt handle Knoll in big games, Coughlin seems to have answers for what Belichick does.

and no, the Pats didnt "beat" the Ravens..yes, i realize the Pats won LOL but it was 2 or 3 key mistakes by the Ravens that lost the game for them. The Pats arent that strong and that game showed it. The Giants offense is much, much more explosive then the Ravens were. the Pats D is still a very important weak point in this game and will surely hurt them.

LOL I already said that if the Pats make it this far ,they will lose. You avoid that I said the Ravens exposed plenty of their weaknesses.
