Yeah, this was the first game in a long time where Lovie's Bears lost a game to team in which the Bears were probably even with their opponent talent-wise. The Bears usually beat the teams they should beat, and they lose to the teams they should lose to.

This is definitely not a very Lovie game. He usually has a way of making his team always mediocre, or above average. Where if they get to a point where the season looks lost they usually get a win in the next week.

Yeah, I agree. 52 passes or whatever the fuck it is, is way too much especially in a game that close, but that offensive line is pathetic and Forte looked REAL slow yesterday. So I can SORT OF see Turner's reasoning, but he completely abandons the run in the red zone which makes no sense to me.

You also have to love the Jumbo package in on 3rd down. He brings Shaffer (what ever his name is) in as tackle eligable. How about doing that on 1st and 2nd.

Turner blows and Chicago dumb will bring up the year Eric Kramer had a great year.

The worst part is he had a timeout, so he could have at least ran slid, called a timeout and had at least another play to try to get it in.

Either that or throw it away to try and at least get 2 more plays. Not throw it into quadruple coverage.

There has been data shown when a RB carries the ball over 380 times in a year the drop off to the next year is huge.

That is why most good teams will have a more than adequate RB duo.

Forte was overworked last year and they don't have anything close to a decent back up to spell him...Well that is my opinion, because we don't know if they have a decent back up or not, because even is they did Turner/Lovie wouldn't know how to split the times.

They tried spell Forte this year and every time it was just because and it would always be obvious the ball was going to the back that subbed in.

Football more so than any other is a total team sport. No single person can do it all.

When I see Cutler fail, with an above average line, a true possession receiver, and more importantly a good OC, then I'll say the trade was bad.

I can give Angelo a pass this year on the O-line, I thought going in they made improvements.

I can not give him a pass, when Hester is your #1. He might be a very good slot and compliment a good #1 and #2 wr, but as a # 1 that is unacceptable.

Turner has and will continue to suck with Cutler or without him.

The problem is Cutler has to throw the ball 35+ times a game. There is no run game in Chicago, forcing Cutler to "do everything himself" That's going the equal to him forcing the ball and making mistakes. Face it, when we got Cutler we knew he threw INT's, but he also throws a lot of TD's. Something we have to live with.

Until we get a solid offensive line, and the run game going, we wont be doing shit. That's what it relys on. CUtler needs a supporting cast.

Sure you can say Cutler sucks because of the # of INT's, cool. IF he gets a good OC, and a oline, he will be fine. I still have faith in him, because it's only 9 games. To compare a trade after 9 games is stupid. Not even worth it.

Shouldn't Cutler be helping to elevate the play of his teammates? Pretty much any quarterback can succeed with what you said, but shouldn't a guy worth two first round picks be able to do more with less?
