Anyone who watched Stanford during Harbaugh's tenure probably has an idea of his sideline and post-game behavior. I don't think he went through a single game against ND that he didn't throw a tantrum on the sideline after a penalty or refused to shake someone's hand after the game.

How about him going for 2 up by 3 scores in the 4th quarter against ND last season?

Schwartz HAS thrown his mic and screamed "Boom motherfucker!" with a fist pump, at his own sideline. But he's always walked onto the field and shook hands with class.

I find it funny that every single Niners fan that has posted in this thread has no problem with it.

I don't know a lot about some of his supposed "antics" while coaching in college and really had no issues with Jim. But I've never seen a coach act like that during the mid field meeting with the opposing coach.

He should act like he won a week 6 regular season game, not the Stanford Axe...

Jim Harbaugh is a lunatic. He has no composure or restraint. Maybe that makes him a better coach...I don't know. His brother John isn't as bad, but always loses his composure and spends most of the time just bitching at the officials. IMO, thats one reason why Baltimore could never beat Pittsburgh in the past. Every game would be close, a call would go against Baltimore, and Harbaugh would just lose it on the sidelines.

During the Lions-Niners game, he was talking trash to Harbaugh when Harbaugh tried to challenge a TD (which couldn't be challenged...another great NFL rule). I doubt Harbaugh would've done the same if it were McCarthy or Belichick he had just beat. Schwartz is always fired up and acting like a player, so he got treated like one.
