welll i am going to Hangover II this weekend and a gamestop is right by the theater so i may take advantage of the turn in 3 used games and get $10 extra credit then buy a game or preorder one or do both

YES! And it makes sense. They have the engine and tools ready, which they didn't have this time around.

Also - "full body capture"! Looks like it's going to be even more lifelike next time around.

I would imagine GTA5 and maybe even the next Red Dead would come out before LAN2. Plus they still they have Max Payne 3.

If there is another Noire game in the works, I'd like to see it set in another city. I'm not sure I'd like to see a sequel next year either (regardless of where it's set) since I'm a little leery of games that have a one year development cycle.

Yeah, but it's been delayed so many times and there has been so little info about it I'm pretty skeptical of it ever seeing the light of day.

So I have all the story missions done.
All the side missions done.
All the newspapers collected.
All the landmarks marked.
All the gold film reels collected.
And 93 of the 95 cars unlocked.

WHERE THE FUCK ARE THOSE OTHER TWO CARS?!?!?!?!!?!?

I used a walkthrough to find all the reels. For anyone that plans to do it without, plan to give up on that real soon. They are ridiculously hidden.

24 hours game time. Spent about 5 hours searching for the cars. Finished the story with 60 miles driven, finished with around 180.

I remembered your post about missing two cars. Were they the morgue wagon and the crime scene car? On my most recent crime scene I saw them there and figured they were probably collectible cars but never thought to jump in them. I jumped in both and unlocked two more cars.

Finished "The Silk Stocking Murder" and "The White Shoe Slaying" from the homicide desk on Sunday and got my first 5 star rating. I think I would have a few more if I weren't driving around town like a bat out of hell. People need to recognize a police siren and get the fuck out of the way.

That's what always kills me I think. I usually find all but 1 of the clues, all but 2 of the questions or whatever, but then I get so much damage because fuckers hit me in intersections.

The driving AI is hilarious in this game. I love it when I have the siren on and someone cuts me off or an oncoming car swerves directly onto my path when I pass on the left.

Probably not. They still have Max Payne 3, Agent, and GTA5 in the pipeline somewhere. I imagine Max Payne 3 comes out next May and one of Agent or GTA5 hits next October.

I hope so, too. I also hope it's no longer a PS3 exclusive (or that I'll have a PS3 by then).

Rockstar has stated themselves that Agent very much so still exists. It will come out, we just don't know when. If L.A. Noire took 5-7 years to develop and came out now, we're looking at a 2012-2014 launch for Agent.

And it will be awesome.

It was the International D Series. I would keep getting into the International D Series Sedan(The one you see driven around the most with 4 doors). Then I got in one of the instaheat vans and it counted. Makes sense since it is a service vehicle.

And my other one which took forever was the Ford 2 DR. All the cars look so much alike so I imagine I drove passed this car plenty of times without realizing.

look for the locations on your map and read the descriptions. all the clues are pretty obvious as to which locations they describe

locations are the filmreel things and if you have not discovered it yet scroll over question marks as the ones that are pertinent to the case show up as questionmarks if not uncovered previously in the story

I thought the question marks were the "hidden" vehicles? I didn't think the landmarks (if that is what you're referring to) show up until you drive by them?
