just had another cracker online, with humble.

I think DPP has a strong effect on this game. It was so different with McNabb than my first game with Brady. McNabb's a fuckin bum.

Key moment after I turned over on downs at humble's 40 with 45 to go. Hightower cracks out outside and looks to have the sealing 1st down, but gets popped and loses the ball leading to a TD drive and 1pt win.

The game is perfect by no means but plays so tight and competitive online, can't wait for TGT/TST. Game moves a bit sluggish though, wondering if that's just PS3/PSN? Shouldn't take 45-50mins to play on these settings.

pretty impressed with the presentation. played a preseason game in the rain and it looked pretty dam good. Plus the new intros and over head shots of browns stadium were sweet. They did a great job of showing what an aerial view of the stadium and surrounding areas outside the stadium would look like

Just tried to play a game against a buddy of mine and it was very laggy. It was like it was stuttering the entire game. It took us 45 minutes to play a fucking half! I couldn't take it any more and told him I had to quit.

Played a exhibition game, since I can't get online till tomorrow. Pats/'Fins. I lost 14-6. My defense held the Pats in check, but, I couldn't do much offensively. It was a nice challenge. I'm looking forward to getting more time in with this game over the long weekend.

I've had games online where it felt just like an offline game, and then others where it was laggy as hell. Overall really liking the game though. My only issue right now is that my draft classes don't import correctly. None of them are real players

here are some highlights from my game with Stevsta. Win or lose this was a fun, close game to play in.

I was up 10-0 going into the half. He gets the ball with maybe 25 second.
I use Marty ball and call the good old prevent defense. He counters with this

in the 4th i get a FG to make it 13-7 with about 4 mins to play.
I call a blitz, and i call my dee to show blitz. he counters with this play

lucky for me the drive stalled and he got a FG to make the score 13-10 me
I imediatly throw an INT. i tried to be belechick and failed. I made the wrong read and threw it into like 3 defenders. had i hit the WR it probably would be a TD.

So he is already in FG range and moves the ball inside the 15 with about 20 seconds to go. It really felt like he would score.

LOL at that O-lineman that looked like he had a rocket pack strapped to his back and almost caught you.

I just finished my first regular season game vs the Falcons and it was leagues better than the pre-season games I played. I could actually pass the ball without a defender knocking everything down. Forte had a great game too. He started out getting stuffed on his first 5 or so runs and I thought "Here we go again." He broke a long TD run late in the game and ended with 120+ yards and 3 TD's.

Played two games online so far and they were virtually lag free.

Really like the online communities. About time we can play non-league games that are tracked.

Can't tell you how nice it is to not have to play with the worst team on the game. Rams are pretty legit this year.

All-pro seems a bit softer than past years. Will need to play a few games on all madden before voting on difficulty for the communities, and potentially eating my words.

That is one of the worst photos I have ever seen. Blurry as shit. Was that DeeJay playing on his 13" tv using a polaroid camera?
The first turf game I played did look weird. I can't remember where it was though? I'm playing in N.O. right now and the field looks great.

I spoke too soon. It's just ridiculous how the DB's jump passes in this game. I'll have a receiver with inside position on a slant or in route and yet somehow a defender will break in front of him 8 times out of 10.

Here's a perfect example. Williams clearly has inside position and even makes a nice cut on his route which leaves the DB, who is looking downfield mind you, in the dust...but only for a milisecond. Because the DB has psychic powers and knows exactly when I pass the ball to his receiver, he performs a perfect 180 degree turn and runs in front of Williams for the INT. Can anyone else smell bullshit?

It did end up being a sweet game though. I won 18-15. Cutler had a terrible game thanks to defenders playing like they were Tom Cruise in Minority Report. Weird score I know but they failed a 2 point conversion when they tried to go up 17-3 and I converted mine when I went up 16-15. I thought I had it bad when Charles Tillman got injured and is out 8 weeks with a torn quadricep. Early in the second quarter I hit Brees and he was injured. Chase Daniel ended up finishing the game. I checked the injury report and he's out for 11 weeks with a broken collar bone. Dayum.

Played Jags/Bears with Twigg at Aloha Stadium (why not when it's available?)...

Things were going as they usually do; MJD runs all over the Bears' Defense, Twigg gets his gimme TD, I'm going to win with a minute or so left.

Then EA's servers crap out (again?) and the game disco'd with me to blame apparently. :smh:

Don't know how I'm going to survive in the TST if I can't finish a game.

Ok, you ran PA, and when your QB was set you ran backwards 7 yards and threw it off your back foot. So what would have been a 15 yard pass from QB to WR, turned into a 23 yard pass off your QBs back foot, and you're saying bull shit? If ANY QB in real life were to run backwards and throw from 12 yards behind the LOS every CB in the league would be jumping those passes for INTs. Try stepping up into the pocket and see what happens.

From what I can tell speed is a lot less important this year. Play calling seems to trump speed for the most part.
