Ok, you ran PA, and when your QB was set you ran backwards 7 yards and threw it off your back foot. So what would have been a 15 yard pass from QB to WR, turned into a 23 yard pass off your QBs back foot, and you're saying bull shit? If ANY QB in real life were to run backwards and throw from 12 yards behind the LOS every CB in the league would be jumping those passes for INTs. Try stepping up into the pocket and see what happens.

But thats been in the game forever. Defense players just know where the ball is without seeing it. Its nothing set your feet and step up will help.

Gameplay is solid but there are still some whack shit/flaws.

How come uploading replays aren't fixed? If you return a kickoff you should have the whole play uploaded. Not just running into the endzone. When we see replays on ESPN you see the whole shit so how come EA thought it is a good idea to just show the fuckin WR or RB who breaks a large play just running into the endzone is beyond me.

Communities are cool but some easy shit is missing. Why cant we see all the games being played or who played who etc. When building the mode and queries is it that fn hard to keep track of the shit. If you keep track of who won and the score, why not include who their opponent was. I want to see whos bum hunting who etc.

Commentary is shit obv. Already turned it off.

Online is mostly lag free. I have had 1 or 2 games which were either meh or unplayable but I know 1 of the guys was def downloading shit during the game as you can tell at how it skips so I dont think that is really an EA issue.

Custom playbooks.. lol what a fkin joke. IDK who designed this but they should be fired. I mean is it really that hard to build a tool for this? At this point in Madden we shouldnt just have custom playbooks we should have a play creator. (i understand why we dont because EA is not capable of building something like that , which wouldnt break the whole game, and open up more glitches)

those are it for now. but the gameplay is fun but if EA paid attention to details and shit it would feel more polished.

Lag free games are nice online.

online community thing is really cool.......

graphics and animations are very cool.

easy to control, as far as reaction time is concerned.

playbooks are a little better with more diversity.

AP is really NOT ideal........lets give AM a chance. scores are getting way too high. dont feel like calling 2-3 run blitzes every set of downs to stop the run.

random online games are useless and time wasting. just play Franchise instead.

From what I understand in Madden, it's no different than in NHL/FIFA where eventually you get to a point where your "unpaid" team can't stack up to the "paid" teams.

the idea of the mode is fun, but because of that ability to spend I think I'd get pissed off if I played a couple hundred games building my team only to get my ass handed to me by some smug kid with his mom's credit card/unlimited HOF players.

Here's a perfect example. Williams clearly has inside position and even makes a nice cut on his route which leaves the DB, who is looking downfield mind you, in the dust...but only for a milisecond. Because the DB has psychic powers and knows exactly when I pass the ball to his receiver, he performs a perfect 180 degree turn and runs in front of Williams for the INT. Can anyone else smell bullshit?

agreed, It looked like a deep drop back with a throw off the back foot. The throw seemed to goto the WR back shoulder too. Not an ideal pass attempt.

I try to step up into the pocket because A) the pass comes out sooner, B) most routes the defender jumps or has a chance to jump on, set up quickly. And he's talking about slant routes. Those are quick hitter routes, not a long developing route that you throw to AFTER a play action and running backwards for 7 yards. A slant pattern is a quick hitter. Time your passing patterns, and watch where the DB is positioned. If the DB is out of position that's when you throw to that WR. If the DB is in position, he'll more than likely jump the ball. Just time it better that's all.
