I would love to see the Mavs activate Caron Butler. I just feel like their missing a tough hardnosed scorer/defender to help Kid and Marion. That little JJ Berea is killing them IMO. Missing way too many shots and is a liability on defense. I heard Caron was close to 100%?? Is do or die right now so I don't care that he's missed the season.

Caron Butler will not be activated during the finals..

Id argue he'd probably throw off the chemistry they have going right now. Hate on JJ now, but he was a vital part of their series win of OKC.

I do agree though, I thought I'd "love to hate" Miami and I don't. I just hate them. They are annoying. I'll always be a huge NBA fan but I can absolutely see my love of it being reduced greatly if they are truly dominant for years to come. They are very annoying and frustrating to watch.

Shit, my hate for the Heat goes back further than "The Decision". It started when Pat the Rat quit on us and left for south Florida.

I hope last night's performance puts to rest all these asinine Jordan/Lebron comparisons. Much as I can't stand his ass, Jordan never shrunk in a Finals game.

Heat have dominated this series as much as humanly possible for a team down 3-2... I don't get it... Mavs coming up HUGE down the stretch and their bench is ridiculous, Barea and Terry should be starting on another team, I still have faith, but I'll admit this has been a lot closer than I could of ever imagined, PISSED about how LeBron closed out two straight series against tough opponents and then comes up short in the finals.
 
Lebron's disappearing act in the stretch this series is completely unacceptable. How can the best player in the league have only 11 4th quarter points through 5 games. :facepalm:

WOW didnt realize it was that bad.

Heat hung in there though last night. They really should have won that game, Wade is the locker room for the third and the Mavs really didnt extend the lead, I know it got to 9 but the Heat came right back.

Still gotta take some one the "heat" off of Lebron, yeah he had 2 points in the 4th and went cold at the wrong time. he still had a triple double, and you have Wade and Bosh there to score too. Cant just blame Lebron. I know he's suppose the man and all but even Jordan had Pippen, Kerr, and Paxson hit shots down the end of the game. Someone else needs to hit shots when Lebron is double teamed, someone is open.

The Heat were killing them with the high pick and roll, I dont know why they got away from it. As much as I fucking hate Bosh, the guy has a nice shot and is all but automatic from the free throw line.


Mavs made ridiculous shots last night too, those rainbows falling right and left, but thats part of the game i guess. I dont care if Dirk has been to the line 40 times, to make 39 of them is just nuts.

I think the Heat win in 7. You guys are proabaly happy you have the 2 games at home now being down 3-2
