It may be just me, but it feels like Edgar Sosa has been playing with the Cards since Pitino was hired at Louisville.
I also know I'll probably get flamed for this, but every year I hear how Pitino and Donovon are elite coaches and kings of the southeast, and in a matter of 15 games or whatever Calipari has come in and stole all their thunder completely.
I personally think the SEC is a lousy Major bball conference, but that's irrelevant to what Cal has done at Kentucky on the national scene. I wouldn't be surprised if he grabs a hold of the SEC's balls for the next 5 years much in the same fashion as Bill Self has done in the Big 12. I don't see any team in the SEC being able to compete with Kentucky from a recruiting or coaching standpoint in the foreseeable future.
