News and Notes:
- Jim Gutierrez, Wisconsin's JR HB, won the Heisman Trophy with stats of: 395 carries 2,287 yards (5.8) 21 TD; 16 receptions 169 yards (10.6) 3 TD.
- TCU beat USC 41-28 in the BCS National Championship game to cap off their perfect season and became the first Big 12 NC of this dynasty.
- 2-time defending national champ LSU ended up going 9-4 (6-3), and at one point sat at 3-4 but finished the year on a 6 game win streak. For NAHSTE, Les Miles has gone 60-19 so far.
- Winningest coaches in this dynasty:
- Bret Beliema (66-16), Wisconsin
- Brady Hoke (65-16), Michigan
- Mark Dantonio (63-19), Michigan State
- Paul Johnson (62-20), Georgia Tech (1 NC)
- Dave Doeron (62-20), USC via Northern Illinois
- I signed a brand new 3 year deal with Ohio State.
- Bob Stoops got fired after going 7-6 at Oklahoma (down to 3* prestige) and was replaced by Colorado's OC.
- Gus Malzahn is the new HC at San Diego St., finally left Auburn.
- I haven't finished recruiting yet, but it looks like I'll be starting a true freshman at QB next year. I lost my top 2 QB's to graduation, and all I currently have behind them is 2 60 ovr scrubs. Luckily, I've landed a 4* QB (scrambler) and a 4* ATH (Pocket passer) who will compete for the job next year.
