UNLV and Utah State had shit personnel, but that is to be expected. At Virginia we actually had talent. We had a tough schedule, but the talent on the team says we should of gone to a bowl. Oregon State had a decent amount of talent on Offense, but not on defense. It's tough to win games when your defense is giving up 30 PPG in Conference play.

I did end up taking another job (shocker). I went to Purdue as the OC. They were 8-5 the previous year. Purdue has a lot of young talent on both sides of the ball, and they're deep. Ended up getting the 46th ranked recruiting class. We're only a 3* program, but heading into the new season we have interest from a lot of good players. I'm expecting to finish right around the 8 win mark.

The number one QB recruit went to Utah State. He comes in at an 82 overall with 96 accuracy and 86 speed.

[size=-2]I must say, this was one of the most thrilling seasons I have ever had in any of my CC's. I upset 3 teams that
were within the #1 and #10 range. Bush was phenomenal when he wanted to be, and other times he was just down right trash.
He had two, 4 INT games, in my Alamo Bowl game and against Kansas St. However, 80% of the season he played amazingly for
a freshman, which earned him 1st Team ALL NCAA Freshman honors. My receivers helped out by cutting some of their drops down.
My offensive line did terrible this year, even worse than last, letting defenders get to my quarterback(s) 58. 58
fucking times. Was absolutely RIDICULOUS. My defensive coordinator needs to be fucking fired as he let opponents score 389 points.
LOL. The season ended very crazily against Missouri. We were both playing for a shot at the top spot (granted other teams would
have to lose in order for either of us to even be eligible for the top spot) so both of our teams played lights out. My backup QB fumbled
in triple OT to give them the win, but Oklahoma and Kansas St both won so Missouri finished in 3rd and myself in 4th.[/size]

[size=-2]After landing the number 1 overall QB in the latest recruiting class, I was skeptical at how good he actually would be.
I looked at his abilities and he is a MONSTER. 6'4", 225, 90 speed, 80 ACC, 78 Agility, 87 THP, 75 THA. He is legit as fuck. He
showed signs of complete greatness this season and other times you could for sure tell he was a Freshman. That was never
more apparent than in the Alamo Bowl when he threw 4 INT's. OVerall, though, I was very pleased. Scone continued on his
backup success from last year and did great when I needed him. I think Bush can contend for the Heisman EASILY by the time
he hits his JR year. Can you say National Championship by his SR year? :smug:[/size]

This guy is BETTER than Cam Newton and RGIII. BOOK IT.

[size=-2]Hilariously enough, most of the carries/yards came from me breaking an attempted sack and HAVING to haul ass out
of the pocket. My line is terrible. Next season the computer was able to land a couple 4 star G's so HOPEFULLY I won't have
to roll out of the pocket. Thank god, however, that Bush is good enough to actually evade defenders for more than 5+ yards
at a time. My run game this year, despite a bad oline, was pretty fantastic. I am losing my best RB in Kenny Williams, so it may
be an off year for whoever I have starting at RB. Bush will be leading the pack in rushing, anyways, so it does not really matter
for the HB. Sorry d00dz.[/size]

[size=-2]Marques Thomas once again was a force to be recond with. His stats dropped a tad bit, but he was dominant no less.
He also drop less passes this season, which is a plus. Douglas was my most consistent receiver with just 1 drop. Thank god for
him, because Thomas makes me bite my finger nails just at the thought of throwing to him on 3rd down. Funny stat, Edwards had
basically the exact same stat line this season as he did last season. The only difference is he had less drops and less TD's. I will
be losing 2 of my leading receivers this offseason, so it will be a battle to name my starters with a few incoming freshman at the
WR position.[/size]

I also wonder if your rival(s) of your Alma Mater will even try to hire you. After a couple of more years, I would take the HC job at Texas or Arkansas, if it became available. Another job I would take is Iowa, I always liked their uniform colors. I did a dynasty with them when Drew Tate, who was supposed to go to A&M (before Slocum was fired), was the QB.

Pretty much what JayRock says. IF you get a good enough set of sliders then it should be fun. Winning every game every year gets old. Struggling and possibly being mediocre before winning is good shit.

I went full retard in a 27-26 loss to Colorado. I was 4-0 and just cracked the top 25 too. Basically what happened was I gave them the ball back on their 30, with a 26-21 lead, or so with about a minute left and they had no time outs. They drove down the field and scored with 25 seconds left. I had all 3 timeouts. I make two big throws and set my kicker up for a 49 yarder until I remember my really good kicker left last season and the current guy is shit and can't make it. So I burn a timeout and call a fake field goal, their defense gets wise and audibles to normal coverage. I take a delay of game, put my offense back on the field and try and throw a hail mary and my QB gets hit and the ball sputters out like 5 yards and I lose.

The college version of Friday Night Lights is happening right now. My star 97 overall ball so hard QB just broke his collar bone and is out for 11 weeks. Of course my QB's number was 6 too. We are playing #3 Texas and are up 14-13, this back up had better be the video game version of Matt Saracen. Now his back up who hasn't really played at all and is the exact opposite style of QB has to come in. I have just gone from an excellent aerial attack offense to do whatever we possibly can to get the first down offense.

Managed to get the win, 35-32, thanks to their kicker being absolutely terrible and some good clock management by myself. My backup did alright and did score a 65 yard td on an option which was nice. I'd rate him a half-Saracen because he did not throw a hail mary to win the game.

edit- I checked and Texas' kicker was a 49 overall. :lol:

Got NCAA 10 for the PS2 earlier today, I'm loving the gameplay so far. Tried to get a little more distance out of one of my field goals, but it got blocked. Still cool I guess. 2009 Wazzu was so bad...UW returned a kick, a scoop and score, and a pick-six.

Going to start a dynasty with some Div 1-AA team. Maybe Eastern Washington or Montana.

I went with Eastern Washington and won 31-28 against Harvard at home, with a game winning field goal. My team is complete ass (starting TE is 44ovr) so I have my work cut out for me. I do have a freshman QB who is a 84ovr, to my surprise, but not a lot of talent besides him.

I play Nebraska on the road next, they might be better than Harvard at football...
