I was going to say, at this rate, with the way Carson played - little bro had a chance to look good - then I saw his one interception, lol.

Oh, and "Kyler" (Killer, right?) Orton did what everyone in Denver expected him to do - dominate.

Embarrasing loss, my man. Wow. Time to drill them starters into earning their spots again.

Tough game man...The team couldn't do anything right. We made Kyle Orton look like Dan Marino out there.

Our defense could definitely use some reinforcements and so can our offensive line. About the only positive was the performance by Coats. He keeps playing like that and he may be in the Pro Bowl.

It may be a long season in Cincy. I'm already looking forward to the off-season.

Yes - Collins was originally a 76 and went up to 79 when he got moved.

Palmer had no time to throw and I constantly found myself paying more attention to what was going on on the line than watching my WRs. Hopefully this move helps things. I also think Collins will help in the running game; We're much more adequate across the board now.

On defense, I use the FS most of the time and use the RE on some occassions when I want to try to help get pressure. I'd say I use the FS 80% of the time though. I've been toying with the idea of using a LB.

I used to use the corner, but, this year, the gameplay is more realistic and it is much harder and I just don't appear to have the stick skills for it...lol. Right now, I am using the MLB and I am enjoying it, you get a little bit of everything. I've even had some user picks with a linebacker.

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers scampers 5 yards and dives into the endzone for a first quarter touchdown to make the score 14-0. Rodgers finished the game 26 of 33 for 327 yards and two touchdown passes to go along with his rushing touchdown.​

The Cincinnati Bengals fell to the Green Bay Packers 36-21 Sunday afternoon at Lambeau Field. Packers QB Aaron Rodgers completed 26 of 33 passes for 327 yards and two scores to lead Green Bay to their first win of the season while dropping the Bengals to 0-2.

Rodgers' 9-yard touchdown pass to FB Korey Hall made the score 21-0 and essentially put the game away early in the second quarter.

The Bengals would attempt to rally in the second half and played great defense, holding Green Bay (1-1) to only 9 points in the second half.

"We started to play a lot more bump coverage and turned up the heat blitz wise and that seamed to throw off their timing but in the end we did not win and that's all that matters," said Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis.

Rookie RB Bernard Scott caught two touchdown receptions while grabbing 6 catches for 119 yards including a 68-yard second quarter touchdown receptions down the middle seam. QB Carson Palmer also had a strong performance for Cincinnati going 28 of 49 for 403 yards and two touchdowns however his three interceptions in the first half ultimately led to the team being too far behind to comeback.

Cincinnati (0-2) will host Pittsburgh (2-0) next week at home.

I don't know what it was but something just clicked for me in the second half. It was like the light just came on and I figured out how to play. On defense, as we discussed, I started using more bump coverage and I started using more variations of blitzes. This seemed to throw Rodgers' timing off and he got flustered and started throwing bad passes. I was even finally able to get some sacks.

On offense, it was always just a concentration issue. I got into the zone and just had an easier time finding who was open. All 3 of his picks were thrown in the first half and after that, Palmer was on fire.

Scott looks like a pretty good weapon out of the backfield. I wasn't hitting him with just passes in the flats, he was actually getting downfield and looking like a WR out there. Very Reggie Bush-like. I'd keep my eye on this kid.

I think I could have ran the ball if I stuck with it but with that halftime deficit, I had no choice but to go into shootout mode. We'll be much more balanced against PIT.

Pittsburgh will actually be my third straight 3-4 opponent. Both DEN and GB are 3-4 teams IRL starting this year.

I was definitely pumped after this game. I think I've figured this baby out. I should be much more competitive against the Steelers.

I didn't mention this in the write-up, but the game would have been totally different if not for a goal-line stand by GB in the 3rd quarter when the score was 27-7.

I'm telling you man, Pittsburgh better be on upset alert.

Joe Reedy of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that the Cincinnati Bengals have promoted RB Bernard Scott (63 overall) to second string following his 6 catch 101 yard and two touchdown performance in the team's week two contest at Green Bay. Scott will now serve as the team's primary back-up to starter Cedric Benson (76 overall), taking the place of RB Brian Leonard (65 overall).

Yeah I am pretty speechless myself.

My defense actually didn't play all that bad...My Carson Palmer-less offense basically gave the game away. We couldn't do squat without him in the game. EA wasn't kidding when they said we'll feel the difference between our starting QB and our backups.
