to answer your question, i would take all these guys ahead of Flacco. hes really not that good but just benefits by being on a good team. id take someone like Fitzpatrick or Bradford that plays with much less talent. i love how you stated this like it would be a challenge to find three. i named 10.

well i know you have an extremely biased hate for Garrard and especially Schaub as you are a Titans fan. if id take anyone off the list though it would be Schaub. however i think Garrard is a pretty solid quarterback. and like i said, Ryan Fitzpatrick plays with NO talent and does a pretty solid job. Who said Sanchez was a top 10 QB? GTFO. He's terrible. The Jets win with a great o-line, a sometimes-good defense, and a great running game, not with him at QB.

That's a tough one. Brees also has a SB, then again so does Eli Manning (who played as perfect as anyone expected in that playoff run, too) but nobody gives him credit.

If he wins the super bowl, he's about #5 or #6. Another season of some playoff success, he's top 4 possibly even 3 if Brees has a drop off.

obviously our opinions of Garrard are different and thats fine, not really the point here. Schaub i can agree with you on though.

however, id at least give a shot to someone like Fitzpatrick who has shown he has the ability to be a good NFL QB over someone like Flacco who has just proven to be nothing more than decent. maybe he turns out to be Rob Johnson, but maybe with the right pieces he can become better than what Flacco is now with those pieces.

All I am saying is it is not ridiculous to say Flacco is a top 10 QB, which is in direct response the OP who says it is. If you really think he's a bottom 16 QB in the league, you are too stupid to argue with.

Really? Their career numbers are almost identical. They both are in offenses with great running games. While the Falcons defense isn't as good as the Ravens, calling them "bad" is a little too far. They were in the top half of the league in points allowed in 08 and 09, and 5th in 2010.

They've had some poor defensive performances in the playoffs, but Ryan hasn't played well either. At least Flacco can point to the Chiefs playoff game this year and say he had a big game in the playoffs.

And when you point to the Pitt game for Flacco, look at Matt's line vs the Steelers in Pitt in his week 1 loss. Take into account that it was a regular season game and played at 1pm in the summer.

So explain how Ryan has done "more"?
