Certainly sounds like hes ready to give an ultimatum to me. Fedor and his team are being real bitch made on this, any testing is gonna happen after the fight regardless, does he want it also done before to prevent anyone from even getting a chance to fight Fedor dirty? Either way, a fight will be cancelled if thats the case. So not only if he being whack, but not entirely being logical either.
