Do you go fishing? for fun?

Do you hunt? If yes, do you do it for food or to hang a head on your wall?

Ever hurt a cat?

Ever ran over an animal with a car or laugh when you see roadkill? Matter of fact if you see an animal in the street do you avoid it or keep driving if it's small enough?

I'm 100% sure none of you owned any of the dogs that were used, not complying with MV actions at all, but hell it's said and done with...Pull ya skirt back down and shut up, it's worthless taking about it, the animals wont be brought back to life and MV life will never be the same... Some of yall are emotional as females and shit.

I love venison, so I'll eat venison from the ones my brother's shoot. So I would say for the food. Although, they also had one wall mounted.

No, not intentionally. I try and slow down, but out hear in the boonies, it/s not always possible.

I try and slow down to avoid it. Not just animals, but birds as well. It doesn't always work.

What I talked about first off was not even about the legal standard, it was about the NFL and what they should consider when trying to decide if to bring him back or not.

Just like the legal system, Goodell should be considering ALL of the facts in a case when he makes a decision.

I understand your argument about Michael Vicks intent. He for sure had bad intentions but since when has intentions been important to the NFL. Plaxico did not mean to shoot himself but he did, Pac-Man did not intend to get into altercations but he did.

Intentions should always be considered. I imagine Goodell would be much harsher on Plax if he intended to shoot someone.

Intentions matters do not get me wrong but I think results are way more significant.

In my opinion if I am Goodell driving drunk and thus as a result talking human life is worse then someone having animals fight and torturing and thus Stallworth should get the stiffer penalty.

Here is were you are wrong. Goodell, as well as the legal system, needs to determine what caused the death. Was it because the person was driving under the influence, or because somebody ran out into traffic on a busy highway. Your are making a real jump saying that Stallworth caused the death. The person that ran out into the busy highway may have caused his own death. Therefore, Stallworth may only be guilty of DUI. I don't see how anyone can make a determination, w/o looking at all the facts. That's why Goodell will usually keep an eye on what happens in the legal process.

Point being in all this, Michael Vick did the crime, he did his time, he has been suspended from football for approx 24 games, keeping him out any longer I think is a restraint of trade in his profession.

The suspension has not kept him out of any games. The legal system kept him out of games. That's why I think there should be some kind of additional suspension. I guess we will see if Goodell agrees with you or with me. I'm OK with whatever Goodell decides, including no additional suspension. Goodell's the league commissioner, and it's his job to make these decisions.

Guess you can keep the rest of your personal insults towards me to yourself, we are all intitled to our opinion and this is mines.

I really try to not make things personal. But I've seen too many times where people try to defend the indefensible with illogical and irrational thinking.

He bought his cousins the house, and gave them the money that they bought the equipment with, yeah that was dumb, but financing a dog fighting ring and running somebody over with a car while your drunk are two completely different things

They also drowned approximately three dogs by putting the dogs' heads in a five gallon bucket of water."

This is the typical Knee-Jerk reaction that doesn't belong in the legal system or in the NFL Commissioners Office.

I believe MV was only convicted of the Interstate Gambling, but he confessed to Dog Fighting (accepting money, and paying debts) and to the actual execution of some dogs.

Fault needs to be determined in the Stalworth case. If the guy had been at a cross walk with a white walk sign (and not a red don't walk sign) then you would have a slam dunk case. But the guy ran out onto a busy highway trying to catch a bus that he was late for. It really needs to be determined who actually caused the accident and death. Stallworth is definitely guilty of driving under the influence, but the prosecution did not have an easy case ahead of them trying to establish that Stallworth was at fault for the accident. The ends are not the only thing that is important in determining fault. The events leading up to the ends NEED to be considered. AND ALL the events leading up the to the ends need to be considered, not just some while ignoring others. You can't ignore that the guy MAY have helped cause his own death. Goodell should consider all of this while the NFL does it's own investigation (like it does with all incidents).

Thanks for the information guys, i have to admit now, what he did was very morally revolting, yet i'll still defend him. I hunt, i've killed several bucks with my father and i don't think that the actual killing of the animals is what gets people rilled up, but how. If Vick only had the animals get killed in fights, i'd be ok with that. Seeing how he killed them, the hanging with a 4x4 nailed to a tree, is disturbing.

I'll change my opinion, hopefully he'll get a four game suspension, yet i still feel that he should play this year.

Of course their is much worse than pit bulls killing people. So, because it entertains you and their are things worse than it, that makes it acceptable? Based on your logic I could say theres much worse than killing a person. Like what you ask? Killing two people.

Pit bulls do have an aggressive nature but raising them only to fight to the death doesn't help that behavior. You can't say that all of the dogs killed would've been vicious and ready to bite everyone they saw. Some of those dogs could've been great domestic pets but instead Vick and some of his fucked up friends decided they'd raise them to kill each other for their own entertainment. Just because they've been known to be aggressive doesn't mean they should be condemned to being in dog fights and trained to kill.

So, in short, fuck you.
