I think Philadelphians are way too hard on Reid, just like they were McNabb.
There are about 27 or 28 NFL teams that would take a coach with this record of achievement:

Philadelphia fans (the ones who live there) sound like they want to kill babies whenever they describe anything sports related.
They ran McNabb out of town and are trying to do the same with Reid.
Other than Belichick, show me a coach in the 32 out there now with a better record than Andy Reid.
Don't group me in with that bunch of knucklheads. I never thought #5 was the problem. Fat Fuck got lucky when he drafted that guy, but ruined it by forcing him to bulk up and stay in the pocket. You see what the Mad Scientist did in DC? He pretty much said lose the 15-20 lbs, and go out there and just gun it. Fucking BS offense, trying to fit a shotgun QB in there, and a perfectly good shotgun QB.
Here's Fat Fuck's building a franchise template:
1) He thinks he's the greatest offensive mind ever.
2) He thinks he can grab any player with good skills and decent athleticism and force him to fit into a system that is not for that player.
3) He lucked out with McNabb, Bradley, Cole, Westbrook, Celek and Jackson. Jury's still out on Maclin IMHO. Outside of these players he has stunk it up in the draft. He can't draft a o-line or d-line, he doesn't believe in LBs drafted high and he got lucky with Jim Johnson and the Ray Rhodes DBs he had inherited Dawk-Vincent-Taylor.
4) You can't believe a word that comes out of the FO or the team. They know within the organization what the real deal is, but to outsiders they let this air of justifiable loyalty show. Dawk knew the writiing on the wall, when the insulted him out, but he has class.
5) Going back to 4, I bet McNabb pulled a Brady in a meeting after last season and said "If I don't have an extension in place by Week 1 of TC, I am holding out" They figure instead of paying #5 his full value they will save money by paying Vick a cool million and Kolb a guaranteed $10.7 over 2 seasons. That's a quarter of what McNabb would have demanded over the next say 4 seasons.
6) Its about having a winning record and keeping fans interested for Lurie, and thats pretty much what this is about. He came down and put down the law saying you start Vick or I am findin someone else to start him.
I have been hard on Reid for the last 6 years, since the Super Bowl. The players have been fine, they have actually give him the stature he's garnered. He hasn't created it like Walsh or Cowher, the guy got lucky with a few players and carried it for 8 out of 11 years, now its coming down around him like a house cards.
Fuck him.
