damn that spin move at the 1:16 mark was freaking awesome by Deuce....you could tell he had great agility, elusiveness, spin and juke move. I researched his 40 time he was 4.4 guy so I have to stick with the numbers in my Madden I think I rated him recently 87-speed, 94-agility, 91-acceleration, 97-elusiveness, 96-Vision, 96-spin, 90-Juke. His awareness (93) in NCAA though will much higher than it was in Madden.

Do you remember Joe Lee Dunn? If not. You need to google him. He was one of "those" country boy's that just so happened to be the smartest idiot in the village. Last I'd heard of him was in the early 2000's. He was an assistant at New Mexico State with Hal Mumme. They weren't worth a damn. I never seen one of those games but I''m sure even if it were a blowout It'd be worth a watch.

Another guy would be Woody Woodenheifer (may of misspelled it) at Vandy. He was D coordinator there for quite some time. In the 90s Vandy regularly put out a Top 10 defensive squad every year. I made one of their teams on Team Builder. I believe it was the 96 squad. One of my favorites that I made on Team Builder. One hell of a team to play with. The defense is top notch and the offense had no passing touchdowns ( I believe that was the year.) when you do Vandy's team take a look at my 96 roster. It's got most of the stars from that era. When I did the 30 Year Set a good portion of the players came from that particular team. Corey Chavous. Jamie Duncan. Fred Vinson.jay Stallworth. Brian Vance. Man it's hard for me to rate "The Pocket Rocket." He was my idol when i was in my early teens. I'm pretty objective with the teams I pull for but he is the exception for that rule. If he would have been QB full time he would have been one of the all time greats. I couldn't imagine him in a read option offense. He could throw really good as well. He was just a little before his time. If he'd came 10-15 years later. The sky would have been the limit. He's the greatest player to ever wear the crimson. In my time anyway. Shaun Alexander was right up there with him. He pretty much won the SEC Championship by himself in '99. I could go on and on about the players from this decade. Rocket Ishmail. Tim Biakabutka. Steve Taneyhill. Joey Kent from Tennesse. Jay Graham as well.

I might would max out Juke and knock down Spin. He had more "game speed" than anything. Usually he was as fast as the person he was outrunning. If that makes any since. He ran pretty strong as well. Especially being 5-8 165 pounds. he looks bigger in the game. Or is that just me?

Fun Teams to play with:
Florida: Their Defense may not be the highest rated squad in the game, but I'll be damned if they don't play like it. This team is very efficient at stopping the run. One of the best I've ever seen in a video game. And they aren't too bad at defending the pass either. Athlon magazine had the DBs rated the best in the country. The defensive line chipped in at number 4.

But buyer beware: The offense can run the ball very well. But the passing game is a crapshoot. Jeff Driskell can beat you with his arm or his legs but mostly he has to use his legs. Flroida's receivers have a lot of athletic ability but their pass catching and route running skills are mediocre at best.

Suggestion:
Formation Sub Trey Burton in at as many positions as you can on offense. He can do it all. Full back. H back. Slot reciever. Running back. If that isn't enough insert him into the Wildcat package with either the uber athletic WR Dubose or speed slot receiver Solomon Patton.

Baylor
Not much on D but a juggernaut waiting to happen on offense. Seastrunk and Glasco occupy the backfield with strong mobile QB Petty. Phil Steele has Bryce Petty pegged as his surprise of the year in the conference. The fat tempo Bears can score in a hurry and with a much improved D that possesses one of the best group of linebackers in the Big 12 Baylor is a team both to watch and play with.

Good match-ups to play (no matter the quality of the team)

Arizona State:
One of the best defensive lines in the country. If the back 7 can be just better than average then you'll have a good day. led by all Amerca defensive tackle Will Sutton. Some NFL scouts have been comparing him to Warren Sapp. he's not a big guy, he's quick, agile and explosive. On offense the sun Devils have a very effective and underrated quarterback in Taylor Kelly. he doesn't have a cannon for an arm (80 TP) but he's deadly accurate and makes good decisions and has great pocket awareness. he Wide outs could be better but the backfield is solid.

Cal vs Colorado. These two teams are the lowest ranked thus far on this set. Colorado is considered to be the worst team in a BCS conference. But this is a fun game to play.

Stanford vs Notre Dame: Expect this to be a low scoring affair. Bith teams have great defenses. they aren't the fastest in world but they know how to play assignment football.

Florida vs South Carolina: Again. Expect another defensive grudge match. Clowney plays like Clowney and the Gamecocks have one of the best QB situations in the county with read option savvy QB Connor Shaw and the best backup in the country in 84 rated pocket passing Dylan Thompson fresh off his game winning touchdown pass in the bowl game against Michigan. Speedy but raw wideout tandem of Byrd and Ellington have serious wheels but are still learning the position.

Ohio State vs Alabama: Could this be the National Championship game. This is what all of the "so-called experts are saying.

Miami Vs Florida:
Miami is the only team to have moved the ball consistently on the Gators. Duke Johnson is probably the best skill player in this set thus far. He amassed right at 300 all-purpose yards and scored 4 touchdowns *2 on the ground and 2 receiving) in a 50-43 triple overtime loss. The Canes offense is solid. QB Stephen Morris looks to up his draft stock with a stellar Senior Season.

Red River Shootout. The teams are a good match.

I believe it was back when i was on OS if not mistaken. Also it appears the carry ratings will have to drop to 70 and below in order to get more fumbles in this game.

I've been seeing a decent amount of fumbles. Most of them are by QBs and WR's. And strangely enough, they seem to all occur along the sideline. I probably see 6 fumbles every 10 ten games. Also, I've noticed that it occurs when a spin move is being performed or when the defender spins the player during the tackle. I have facemask up to 62. This may be the reason this animation is happening. I see 2 or 3 facemasks a game. It helps with all the other penalties that never get called.

Stiil no break through on the Blocked FG's or Punts....I had started testing the vertical jump ratings of some the DL to see if that would help deflect some kicks on FG's or PAT's. I know for sure Awareness doesn't make kickers less accurate...in fact I think that rating Is more of a SIM rating for dynasty mode only or for Simming plays during a game. It is also used as a modifier for boosting up a Kickers overall rating in the game......One thing that puzzles me is that EA has a ratings scale of 0-99 yet they seem to most players between 40-99 in the majority of the ratings. So what I guessing Tcoaker is that if we start lowering Kickers powers and then use the gameplay slider to balance it out maybe then we can find a solution to blocked kicks. You know reduced power could lead to more leaping defenders (Vertical jump ratings) being able to get a hand on the kicks.

I think it has more to do with the jump off the snap that leaping ability. It seems like half the time the rusher from the right edge almost gets a piece of it. It's like a nano second off. Maybe there is a different defensive play (like Engage 8) that will allow the end to get off the snapper faster.

That Palmer vid was sick. You r right 10 years later different legacy. It's crazy how watching during that era before national tv contracts how we would only see players like this once a year. You know from helping me with rosters in past my passion for era. Warrick Dunn, Touchdown Tommie, Kordell Stewart, Eddie George, Marshall Faulk, Plaxico at Michigan St. I could watch those games all day. I watch the 96 Fiesta almost weekly.

There's no way to scout agility with these college players. They don't go to a combine. I just base it off their scouting reports from scout. And how explosive the player is.
