What the hell happened to the Broncos Defense? Seriously I didnt watch.

I could see it was only a matter of time before teams caught up with what the Broncos and Tebow were doing.. The only thing is I thought they would catch on to it sooner. Regardless they're still in with a good chance at the playoffs and will likely host the wildcard game.

Everyone shit the bed today.

Tebow had a bad game but the real goat had to be Rahim Moore in my opinion. Missed tackles all over the field and perhaps the dumbest personal foul penalty I've ever seen with the late hit on Spiller.

Once again Denver has an opportunity to cement another late season collapse and miss the playoffs by losing to a divisional opponent in week 17.

I think this may be the third time in the last 5 or 6 years that we've been in this situation and the other two have gone horribly, with the Chargers scoring 50+ points on us the first time (I was there) and Jamal Charles running all over us two years ago.

Don't forget losing to a terrible 49er team at home in 2006.

Tebow was doing good for 1st part of the game, but Mike McCoy is a moron. Tebow starts out 3/4 and a denver td on the 1st drive and then McCoy calls nothing but run plays for rest of the half

Don't blame it on McCoy. That's how the Broncos have been calling their plays since they started this college option non-sense. If he called those other games differently they wouldn't be 7-3 with Tebow as the starter.

Nobody "caught on" to anything. The Patriots beat them, and this week Tebow pressed during a blowout and tossed some meaningless picks.

Do you think the half dozen coaching staffs that lost to Tebow after they installed the option failed to watch film and realize what was happening? The league "caught on" immediately. You still have to stop it.

The crazy thing about this past weeks game is that the Broncos ran for over 200 yards and Tebow could only complete 6 passes out of 22 passes.

I think Trent Dilfer said it best, it looks like Tebow and the Broncos are both beginning to realize that you can't just pray to god and will yourself to victory every week.

Tebow looks like he has lost some confidence and a little bit lost out there. I don't know what the hell the gameplan is going to be against the Steelers but I don't see the Broncos having a chance unless Ben is out and even then, I'd say the Steelers should still win.

Also, I hope the term "tebowing" goes away too. That has been done for years and people wanted to give it that dumb name.

Are you sure that the league didn't "catch on" to Tim Tebow? Sometimes simplistic analysis does cut it and the Tim Tebow magic has come to an abrupt end. The Broncos will lose to the Steelers and Tim Tebow's career has and will come to a screeching halt. John Elway, 365 days from now, will realize what a massive mistake he has made. Meanwhile I will sit back, observe, and enjoy the Broncos shipwreck as it happens.

These are not Tim Tebow's statistics. They belong Ryan Leaf, in his second season, struggling to find his way in a new league.

As the weeks pass and Tebow rides the roller-coaster of performance from game to game, quarter to quarter, play to play, one thing is becoming clear: His legacy will not be about what he does. It will be about his potential, and how it bought him time to either shine or collapse - and either way, how he took the Broncos with him. It will be about a player who was given a chance because somebody believed in him. It will be about the faith that even when things go horribly, horribly wrong... that someday, they will go right.

It's fitting for a man as religious as he that his profession will come down to somebody's belief in him. That somebody must unwaveringly commit to him and trust that no matter what happens, things will be ok.

It isn't about Tebow or his faith, it's about everyone elses. The question becomes, how long will the Broncos wait for Tebow to become the player he is capable of being?
