Its pretty much official but Ill say again but this is the first time a console war is won by a system with no AAA titles , and one that no major 3rd party developer focused on. Frankly its also a console no gamer takes serious.
Pretty crazy.

I don't buy the whole wireless lag thing. I have been on wireless from day 1 and lag is not an issue. Doesn't make sense to me if my wireless connection is connected at 54 mbps, and my internet connection is only 12 mbps

I could be wrong though, just my view

Have you guys not heard of rechargeable batteries? I have 4 batteries that I run through. One set is always in the charger and one is n the controller. If it starts to die, I just do the switch and BAM I'm good to go for another two weeks or whatever. My one set right now is in my toothbrush, so I just make sure to put the batteries on the charger after a long game session.

I thought chargable batteries was just common sense for gamers.

I don't think GT5 and Forza are on the same level when you talk about amount of cars, tracks, and physics.

Although I have nothing against Forza, I would like to have a 360 for that game.

I think Forza 2 and now Forza 3 have really closed the game.

I'd have to play GT5 to see, but Forza 2 was a pretty amazing package. Much improved over the original.

werd.....that is a huge perk to the wireless controller for the ps3. I dont even touch my wireless 360 controller because i get tired of burning thru batteries.

Sales wise we all know the wii killed it. But out of the 3 systems i have, the wii never gets touched. I bought it for my kids and even they dont play it.

In reality, the 360 and ps3 are very comparable systems. Each one offers something the other does not. Its all about preference to determine which system is best for you. But neither system is really better then the other when it comes down to gaming.


I just like rubbing ps3 fans noses in shit. That shit being people from all those MM discussions about how great the ps3 was gonna be. and here we are years later and the ps3 (in terms of sales) is only now getting past its little sister the ps2.......

Most newer houses now come with ethernet jacks throughout the house. Plug your router into one and your entire house is instantly networked. Brilliant! (for those who aren't fans of wi-fi)

I actually do have ethernet jacks in several rooms. I tried hooking up my modem in the basement where the main line comes in and I couldn't get anything to work. I gave up and went back to wireless. Maybe one of these days I'll give it a go again but I'm too lazy.
