I got all the shows off of rapidshare, just going to go through them all to catch up on whats happened/is happening this past year leading into this year.

Then when I catch up I want to buy the Best of DVD's to own and maybe throw in any of the shows that I find here that I think are really good to have copies.

my company makes its living off of DVD sales so I cant say im over joyed , but if you going back and suporting the product thats cool.

You should pick up a IWA TX DVD while you buying your Chikara

Personally, I think there are only two answers to this for singles. My answer is The Great One. The other option would be Austin. I can't imagine anyone picking someone other than one of those two.

Tag Team would probably be the New Age Outlaws.

haha yeah I could just dl all of it and be done with it!!! Nah, I want to support them since there a small promotion.

Besides I don't want to pay $20 for something i'm never going to watch again/wouldn't have watched anyway, the only reason i'd watch these again is for the 'good' matches which is what buying the Best of DVD's will do for me. Just doing this more to get the backstory/history feeling as i'm sure you know when you've watched a promotion for longer you can get the subtleties/see the pushes, etc vs. if i just started where CHIKARA is at right now.

Hmm what's that promo like? I see they've got some decent 'indy-stars' listed on their roster with Jacobs/Joey Ryan, etc, etc. Is it like an ROH-style company or a Chikara style company as I see they have some guys on there as well that used to be chikara (Arik)

As it is right now i've got a backlog of stuff to watch heh as I also have a bunch of classic wrestling matches that I looked up on the top 100 wrestling matches lists. (not all 100 hah i have like the top10 and then maybe 15 or so random other ones)

Also i'm not sure if it was here but i found a youtube guy that has a bunch of the CMLL/AAA stuff uploaded to watch and that's a lot of fun.

Also what's the word on CZW? I don't really know anything about the promotion buy somebody said it's apparently going to start airing this month on ION? I think I have that channel.

CZW use to be pretty annoyingly hardcore, like a wannabe ECW without the actual good wrestling and just the hardcore crap. Not sure if it's still that way.

CHIKARA is a bit different then ROH. ROH tends to be a very Americanized Indy promotion, while CHIKARA tends to have a lot of elements of the Japanese style, a little bit of a comedy and a little of the Lucha sorta style. You see a lot of 3-man tags, lots of silly characters, guys in masks and what not.

SO who will rock feud with on his return to raw as a guest host... they seem to be throwing jerishow @ all the guest maybe Cena or somebody for the rock?

thats my favriote show so far but I think what we have going on Oct 18th will beat it, Any of the LSCs are good and the GBA 2009 was very good as well but I sucked on commentary

Exactly, maybe someone else can confirm if CZW still does that crap but everything I watched of them was usually a barbed wire, florescent light match or whatever and that stuff gets real old real fast.

The buetiy of ECW was that it was blood and guts, it was lucha, it was eddie vs Dean, it was Sabu and RVD. something for every one

At least Daffney and Dr. Stevie get a semi-high profile feud to be a part of at BFG. God knows what is going to happen in that match. Foley will probably go from heel to face to heel to face four or five times during that match alone.
