UFC 104: Machida vs Shogun 10/24

Machida was like a soccer team with no plan B. Shogun picked his shots and left little room for a counter. When there weren't the spaces he wanted, Machida seemed to have no idea how to create his own opportunities

Shogun got screwed. Machida did nothing the entire fight. Shogun landed more blows and was the aggressor. Fucking bullshit.

UFC can suck a dick.
 
If Goldberg gives that mantra one more time, I will scream. A win is a win. A title fight should not have different rules than a non-title fight. I'd really like to know which judge scored which round how.

At best, I'd have given it 48-47 Shogun. Lyoto had at best two rounds IMO
 
Bloody Elbow had it 50-46 Shogun.

The decision seems to have crashed Sherdog and MMAWeekly. Trying to find other 'professional' opinions

That's some bullshit. Forrest Griffin employed the same strategy against Rampage and he can win the title, but Shogun made Machida a non-factor 4/5 rounds and he loses?!?

I don't think I'll be able to watch another UFC event for quite sometime. This was a breaking point for me.

Worst event ever.

Glad I didn't order this. Caught the last 2 fights online. Can't see how anybody had Machida winning this fight even though my stream was a little choppy, I didn't see Machida do anything all fight.

Boring fight.

Cain looked really good, though.

this surpasses Hamill Bisping as worst decision ever IMO. i know the old saying about how you have to beat the champ to be the champ but outside of machida laying out cold on the canvas Shogun dominated in every single aspect of the game. completely ridiculous
