Yeah I think the Steelers might be "The Team" this year. You know, the one that alot of people use and it'll dominate the madden tourneys.
Last year it was the Cowboys
Year before that it was The Pats

The offense is for sure gonna be sick got Rothlisburger(sp), Dixon(I use him alot), Parker, Mendenhall, Sweed, Holmes, Ward, and Washington.

Nice update, it was only time till they confirmed this. I know my buddies and I have been saying ever since the Phins started running this last year "Just wait till Madden next year". Funny cause it was originally supposed to be in the game last year in Oakland's playbook for McFadden, but they took it out cause they didn't want it to get abused...look at who abuses it in real life later that season, haha.

Well that wasn't the Wildcat that was a substitution package to have McFadden at QB in their shotgun formations.

Dont be stupid , theyl give Mcfadden around 70-80 accuracy id think , i doubt Jackson gets over 60.

McFadden currently has 65 THP to 55 THA. That will most likely stay right where its at. If anything will go down because of the new ratings philosophy.

EDIT: It might of been 75-65, i don't remember.

Anyways, we tried to break this at Community Day... maybe with more time we would have, but they seem to have tied it down. They've planned for it. Taking that extra year to get it in really seems to have paid off so far.

Im sure EA is going to do everything they can to stop the abuse on this. I mean how accurate could RB really be? They revamped the whole passing stats so im sure we wont be seeing some crazy ass sht with this. If anything this is going to somewhat like the fullhouse formation right now but with more plays IMO.

Also did they say anything about there being an option? I mean isnt the option part of the wildcat formation?

I don't think this will be that powerful of a play. They've changed a lot of the stats, and they've also changed the speed of the game. In the past, the HB directs and options would be easy because your RB would have the ball in a split second.

I don't. I only used it with SF using Miami's playbook.

He's the best passing RB in the game by a pretty wide margin, so compared to everyone else, pretty good.

Anyways, just wanted to reiterate... we found several glitches. There was a formation in the Saint's playbook that the AI couldn't handle, there were some pursuit glitches we found... but this was one area we were stumped. We all figured this would be the king of cheese, and we didn't find any.

That doesn't mean there ISN'T any, but we didn't find it. That's a fairly decent sign, especially considering the adjustments to shore up run defense is going to hold Wildcat back a bit farther. Did I get some big plays out of it? Absolutely, but I had some really ugly ones too.

If tuned right, it's going to be the sort of thing that those that can master it will be enhanced by it, those who don't simply put it aside. I really don't think it's much different from the spread option in NCAA.

This is where the 'sim' players complain..most don't want to adjust so they'll cry about it. I think it'll be fun to play against. It'll only be glitchy if you can audible into different sets and create draws. Hope the testers looked at this.
