Those are some dirty wins. Four 1-0 wins, three 0-0 draws and a 2-4 loss?

I think the loss was only 2-0, might've been 3. There was a 1-1 draw iagainst Chelsea. Which probably made for a 2-0 or 2-1 win. I'm not exactly play negative, I'm dominating a lot of games, but can't create enough. A few of my wins end up with me switching to a 4-4-2 late and winning from there, I would switch fulltime to that but I had Man City next so I wanted to stick with the 4-5-1, ended up losing 1-0, it was a pretty even game, Milner just hit a wonerstrike. At one point Krul had actually not been scored on in over 400 minutes.Originally posted by mgoblue2290If you want to win, put Drew in.Comment

I switched to a 4-2-3-1 formation and giving more and more time to Thiago and Cairney and results have been flowing. The team is finally creating and finishing chances like I knew they could.
In the Carling Cup semi-final against Barnsley. Newcastle and Man U in the other semi
Floating between 9th and 6th in the league depending on the results.
Biggest downside is I know it's only a matter of time before someone comes in for Thiago (back to Barca) and I won't be able to keep himComment

Changed my formation full-time to the 4-4-2, two attacking wingers .Beat Fulham 4-0 in the first game. RvN scored his first and second for me, and Per Ciljan had a nice 20-yard blast. I've lost Jonas for three months which could hurt, but I'm confident in my wingers.Originally posted by mgoblue2290If you want to win, put Drew in.Comment

Per Ciljan has scored three in three games, all from 25+ yards out. unfortunately lost to Bristol City. It was a midweek game in hand, so I played some fringe players. Still fifth though.

Started a side one to go with Everton too. Figured I'd try my luck with Newcastle out of boredom.
Signings in the summer window:
Gael Kakuta on loan from Chelsea
Kiko on loan from Hercules
Rolando Zarate £825k from Huracan
The 4-2-4 is not going to be pretty with this side lol.
-----Zarate----Carroll-------
Kakuta------------------Jonas
-----Smith-----Barton------
Enrique---Colo---W'son--Taylor
------------Krul---------------
Starting the year with that. Obviously once Simpson, Steven Taylor, Harper, Ben Arfa, et al get healthy they'll be worked back in.Comment

On a poor run right now, slipped into 10th after McFadden and RvN got hurt for a month on the 22nd. Crazy Christmas period had just started, so I lost my Boxing Day game against Arsenal, a game on the 28th against Chelsea, 31st against West Ham, and my FA Cup game a week after against Birmingham. But, I do have Kiko in now for cheap and somehow pulled off a transfer for Cissoko, still not sure how. Trying to sell Routledge and a CM to get some funds for maybe another striker. Either way, Ruud should be back soon.
I was also given the option to change my season expectations, I probably shouldn't have, but I made it mid-table to get some more wage money for Cissoko.Originally posted by mgoblue2290If you want to win, put Drew in.Comment

My stay as Newcastle manager lasted 5 months, lol. Mark Hughes got sacked from Fulham and I took over there. Still a reclamation project kind of team, so it'll do.
In the 14 game stay with Newcastle I led them to a record of 6 wins, 5 losses, and 3 draws, leaving them 8th in the table.
Fulham is currently 17th with 2 wins, 4 draws, and 8 losses.Comment

I just want to make sure before purchasing it because it seems odd that it is only $20.Comment

Made one signing in the January window: Gary Cahill.
Sold Distin and Bilyaledtinov. Had to shed their high wages, but both were mere backups anyway, and with N'Zogbia, and now Cahill, I have no need for either of them.
Cahill already turned out to be a good piece of business, as Jagielka happened to break his arm 1 week after I signed him.
At the beginning of February we're now 3rd in the table in 24 games played. 16 wins, 4 draws, 4 losses. 54 gf, 23 ga.
Still unbeaten at home as well: 12 wins, 1 draw. 32 for, 6 against.
Road: 4 wins, 4 losses, 3 draws. 22 for, 17 against.
My leading goalscorer thus far is James Vaughan with 15. Love is trailing him with 12. Donovan has 6, Ashley Young has 5, Zamora has 4, N'Zogbia and Fellaini have 3 each.
Love is my leading assist man with 10. Donovan has 9, and Young has 7.
Loving how the 4-2-4 is playing out with this Everton side, as it has been very high scoring. We're conceding just under 1 goal per game, but we're scoring 2.25 per.
Would be sick if I could get Everton to the Champions League.Comment
