Indeed Rudi.
I have some new things planned for the chise.
Announcement number one, though, I am taking the hurricanes off and not doing a dual dynasty anymore. I don't have the time.
Announcement two, the new thread title and dynasty name will be "Through the Sun and Storms | The Daytona State Falcons".
Announcement three, I have something up my sleeves for you guys. Keep on the look out for little snippets of things that I write. They will be awesome and you will be glad, whenever it leads to the grand finale, that you did.

Falcons beat down in rainy season finale
On a rainy day in Florida the Daytona State Falcons get destroyed by UL-Monroe. They finish the season at 8-4 (6-2 conference play) and look to either win the Sun Belt championship outright or at least play for it. The players and coaches will find out soon enough. For now though? They wait.
Nothing clicked this game as QB Airik Aldridge throws 3 INT's. Kyle Hadley was no help either with his 3.3 rushing average and no touchdowns. The rain may have contributed to some of the bad plays from the offense, but after all the rain it was just pure drive. They did not have the drive to win today. For some reason they just kind of slacked off and didn't come to play.
The defense was abysmal giving up 49 points! 49 points to UL-Monroe! I mean I don't know what was going through these kids heads when they aloud their own tackles to be broken for massive amounts of yards. QB of the Monroe Warhawks had a field day with his 289 yards and 5 TD's.
Daytona State has ended the year on a not so high note with this painful loss. Let's hope they come back strong next year with a good off season of work outs and teachings from the coaches.
Falcons Stats:
Offense
Craig Simmons, WR- 5 receptions, 60 yards, TD
Matt Jones, WR- 1 reception, 55 yards, TD
Defense
Nick Sigona, MLB- 5 tackles
Homer Olsen, FS- 5 tackles
