I don't give a rats ass if he invented the Internet (which by the way, I am friends with the man that did) he wouldn't be able to work for our company with sleeve tattoos unless he was a union tech inside a CO that was never seen by the public. Nobody with sleeves is going to be hired on the management side unless they wear long sleeve shirts from first interview until the day they leave. Even if your company does work with ours, there is a big difference in being a contractor and actually wearing a badge with our logo on it and interfacing with customers. Vint Cerf actually invented the Internet there Beavis and I worked with him at UUNet and MCI since I was the Sr. Manager of Internet Product Management and he was our chief scientist.
