Yeah, that's my point. If you are a tweener type player like Harvin or Hester Chicago doesn't exactly have the coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball to really groom you one way or another.
Maybe having a real QB now will help but I'm still not sold the Bears have the coaches needed to teach techniques etc to Hester or a guy like Harvin. Which is why I hope the Bears don't draft him.
Same reason I say no to him on the Jags.
I just want the Jags to go with very safe picks. They've missed often with these high risk-reward players. Stick to the basics of drafting. Sound, fundamental players, safe players. Doesn't matter the position, he doesn't need to be a Pro Bowler right away, just a sound, fundamental pick. Guys that won't bust...or at least have less chance to do so then others. Those types.
For once, I'd like to see a contributing first round pick...truly.
