Obviously I agree in this instance that this was a very poor coaching move that contributed towards losing the game. That being said, it was only the beginning of the 2nd Q and the players still have to go out and do their part despite any mistakes that may occur along the way, and they were tied going into half time. I dont think we can blame Spoelstra for the team looking like they quit early in that 3rd. Altho im sure some could swing it that way saying that the argument with Wade earlier killed team chemistry, and maybe it did, but it shouldnt have. Too many coaches are too scared to leave their star players accountable and Spoelstra was doing just that with Wade, and rightfully so. And im sure his head was telling him that leaving Wade out alone to start the 2nd could help get him going offensively, but it obviously backfired in his face.
