Because he's absolutely destroyed his brand and legacy. I thought LeBron understood history and understood context and he doesn't.
He's destroyed any ability for him to be a legend.
If he wins a title, it's not with HIS team it's not HIS championship. Yeah, for a lesser player no biggie, but we're talking about a guy who since he was from high school many of us assumed wanted to be the greatest ever. It's clear to us now, that's not his goal and to me that's disappointing... because he CAN be the greatest ever if he wanted to, but it's clear with this he doesn't.
And before the boo-hoo you're just made because he didn't come to the Bulls... that's not true. I would've been fine with a trip back to Cleveland, a move to New York, move to New Jersey or the Bulls. Didn't matter. I just wanted him to take the challenge of leading a team to the championship on HIS back like all the other greats have done.
