so i decided that i'm going to play the first and import my character into the second. coming from gamefly prob tomorrow. i'm thinking about making a renegade girl...or in other words, a bitch

the best way to play, imo.

i have all the recruiting done and 3 loyalty done and im still at 19 hrs with my level 30 guy. I dont know how you guys get thru this game so quickly....lol

my first run i didnt screw around with my adept powers to much because i didnt want to waste the element zero. This time, i am trying to use all the team powers to see how they are. slam is what i used the first time around but now i have used neutral shock and reave.

i have to say reave is pretty dam sweet and powerful. I also didnt use singularity at all in my first play thru cause it reminded me of stasis which i thought was a joke. But singularity is actually become one of my favorites to use.

i throw that thing out there and end up seeing 4 or 5 guys caught up in it spinning to their death. Me and my squad just stand there and watch as these guys suffer. Its pretty cool.

my point is to not be stupid like i was in my first run and try out all the different powers....they are really cool

also, i am starting to wonder what new things you might get in the 2nd run. i havnt gotten anything new yet...anyone know?

adept is fun, but its alot more fun the 2nd time thru cause your a powerhouse. you still have to build up your player which makes it a bit tougher due to the lack of shields and power

finished my 2nd play thru last night. still took me 30 hrs and i didnt do all the side quests. This will be my level 30 paragon to take to ME3.

i cant decide if i want to play as a new character class or if i want to run thru my same guy again. This time it would be total renegade

i cant remember the last time i played thru a game twice let alone 3 times

I'm half way through my 2nd playthrough (doing paragon this time) and I'm thinking of how I want to do for my 3rd playthough. Finished the Collectors Ship mission. The adrenaline rush was almost the same as the first time I went through it. amazing!

u either have to have full renegade or full paragon to get her daughter to join you. I am playing this one as renegade so thats why i said i hope mine is full by then

This is really wierd, first time playing as anything but a soldier. Also, after 2.5 playthroughs of ME1 and a full play through of ME2, I just learned / started using the the wheel mapped squad powers.

i been using the wheel exclusively now. i turned my squad powers to off in the options so i can control there power actions. u need to do that to get all the achievements.

i found that it helps me in battle to do it all thru the wheel instead of having them throw random powers at bad guys

This game is so awesome. I'm 19 hours in and I have all my squad but one person. I'm currently with Tali on the Flotilla. I still have a few more loyalty missions to do and just general exploring before I beat the game. I'm a Paragon on this run.

Next time through, just going to be a Renegade and kill pretty much everything I see.

i am doing renegade and my thinking was to take no paragon dialog at all unless i was absolutely forced to do so...like to activate a mission or somthing. In doing this i noticed that if you only have the paragon and neutral dialog that it is better to take the neutral. You end up getting renegade points for it. Sometimes by choosing the lower left option, it can also open a renegade dialog option

i dont see myself getting shep to 100% renegade by the time i reach samaras loyalty mission. And thats gonna piss me off cause that means i couldnt get full paragon by then either.

i just finished horizon and i am just a tad into the 3rd section
aside from the nasty scars, shep also has red eyes

A level 4 one of those on my third renegade playthrough (trying for MOSTLY renegade options as Maynard had pointed out) with 5 loyalty missions left NOT even including Samara's. So it isn't that hard to get to. Just as a side point, I have only ever played this with imported characters (as I think Maynard and Blue Wookie have as well) so that includes early para/ren boosts.

i am still using my original import, but the 3rd time thru now. So its now a ME2 import and the morality doesnt carry over, it resets.

i made up for this by using a glitch in the beginning of the game to get my renegade about a 1/3 full in the first bar

there is also a glitch with mornith that will allow you to get unlimited skill points if u do it over and over. i dont really care about that, but i will test and see if it works....i more interested in a full renegade with mornith save for ME3

More Mass Effect 2 DLC Slated For March
Firewalker Pack due to hit late next month on Cerberus Network.

US, February 25, 2010 - BioWare has revealed the previously announced Firewalker Pack will be available late next month.

The pack contains the Hammerhead hover tank, which houses a guided missile system, and five all-new missions. This new content will again be free to all Cerberus Network members. Both the Cerberus Armor and M-22a Eviscerator Shotgun were made available earlier this month.

BioWare also teased that an all-new new heavy weapon will be made available to all members "very soon."

just getting spectre status back. But even that doesnt seem to matter. And i dont think udina will give it to you. I guess it would depend on your ME1 import. I killed the council, so udina doesnt like me

Prepare to be wow'd. To me, ME2 is 10000000x better than ME1.

yeah I know what to expect. I actually finished one playthrough of ME2, but I wanted to do it again with an imported character from ME1. After playing through ME1 again, it made me realize how great ME2 is. Then again the first was released in 2007 haha
